"My husband and I enjoyed our two week stay in the house. It is spacious and comfortable and very well equipped, particularly the kitchen with the benefit of a dishwasher, large fridge freezer and oven . It was very quiet and peaceful at night. The front of the house is exposed to the wind but the compensation is a view down to the sea and of the mountains. There is no internet. "We had a good time at the home. Very interesting part of the island. The view was amazing. There are some simple steps the owner could take to significantly enhance the renter’s experience: We missed some items in the home scissors (can’t bring those on the plane!) cooking oil and salt and pepper. "We enjoyed our stay very much. It's a wonderful place to relax and forget the hassle and bustle of the city. We couldn't believe how quite it is. The cave is very cosy and comfortable and has everything you need. We felt very much at home. Grit, our host was very helpful and easy going. It's a great base for trips and hikes, but you definitely need a car. The steep road down to the property is a bit of an adventure, but you get used to it."
