"Communication was hard. Breakfast selection was very poor. Dinner was very limited selection - but reasonable quality. Location is in the middle of an industrial area with a McDonald’s next door with a crazy queue of cars outside every night. "

"This place is amazing. It was built as a winery in 1600’s and now it has been converted into a hotel. The architecture and interior finish is beautiful. The grounds and pool are meticulously maintained. It was a treat to have a full hot breakfast rather than the usual continental. It was very quiet however we were there in October."

"We've spent a wonderful week in this charming family-run hotel in Barletta. The property is very suitably located, about 15 minutes walk from Barletta railway station and 10 minutes from the beautiful park and historical centre. Few beaches are within walking distance. Hotel itself is small but has all necessary amenities, including small lift that comes very handy when one arrives with big suitcases and the room is located on an upper floor. Our room was impeccably clean, cleaning is done daily, mini bar replenished generously on a daily basis too. Hotels' territory is very green, blooming flowers in the pots are everywhere; breakfast is served outside in a small garden. Antonella, the host, is a charming and very hospitable lady who made our stay a real pleasure. I would recommend this hotel if you plan to stay in Barletta, you will love it! "

"After a travel mishap we were lucky to stumble upon Duomo Guest House on Expedia. It was not only perfectly priced for an unexpected extra night of vacation, but also in a prime location! Michele was a delightful host and even upgraded our room for us. The newly renovated room and bathroom was perfect and our balcony offered quaint views of Barletta. The shower was so nice, and the mattress super comfortable. The building, being a historic convent was such a cool place to stay in. Michele shared a clear pride for his city and gave us some tips on how to spend our evening. We had a delightful complimentary breakfast at a local cafe, where I had one of the best cornettos that I've had in Italy! We had never expected to visit Barletta, but thanks to Duomo Guest House, we definitely anticipate coming back next time were in Puglia. "
