Great property, the owners continue to make upgrades every year. Beautiful view, quiet location. This was our 3rd annual visit and I’m sure we’ll be back.

Beautiful log cabin on the lake
We spent a long weekend at this beautiful log cabin. It was exceptionally clean, well-equipped and decorated. The view was stunning, and the owner was very responsive. We highly recommend staying here for a U.P. Retreat.

Spring break getaway
The lodge was warm and cozy while the snow and rain blew off the lake. We loved playing ping pong and arcade games. It was easy to hook up Spotify to the Roku so we could listen to music while playing games. The kids didn’t want to leave.

Long weekend on north Green Bay
The cabin is fantastic with more amenities than expected (like extra batteries and flashlights). It's all new, on the water, and it's a quiet spot. There is good hiking within minutes and the water is easy to access especially for the dog. The host answered all questions immediately. We loved the place!

Clean Cabin with Some Nice Extras
The property was in great shape, obviously not very old, and was very clean. We enjoyed the back porch, firepit, and bench swing -- all overlooking the lake. Owner was very responsive by both text and email the two times I contacted him to ask a question.

Great Weekend Get-Away
We had an amazing stay at the lodge! Absolutely as described. The best supplied kitchen of all our previous rentals. The setting is relaxing and peaceful. Close enough to town that you can run and pick up whatever you needed. Owner was very responsive. The paddle boat was unexpected, but so fun! Perfect weekend!

I own and operate my own business in construction and my wife is a nurse, we needed to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and our kids needed somewhere to just be kids (running, swimming, bikes, sand castles, snacks and staying up late). This was it! Very relaxing, five star

Beautiful Log Cabin in the Bay
The cabin was beautiful, clean, and comfortable! They thought of everything! Dave was a very responsive host. It exceeded our expectations. Having the kayaks there was great. We paddled every day. The waters of Lake Michigan were warm, calm, and clear almost all of our days. We did get a great show on the lake with a thunderstorm! The shallow beach made for great swimming on the sandbar! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Absolutely amazing
House and location are absolutely amazing. We had an amazing time and being able to buy firewood right on site was awsome. Very quite area. Be aware that this house is close to time zone chamge so your phone will sometimes change back an hour. Also there is a shower in the upstairs bath making it so there are 2 showers which is amazing when having 2 couples getting ready at the same time for a day of fun u.p. adventure. The only thing we didn’t like is that we had to leave and come back home to work.

Wonderful view of Lake Michigan
Our family had a great time at the cabin. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, cups, and mugs for our party. There was plastic cups & plates/bowls for the kids. The pans and bakeware were great too. Internet via Satellite was less than desirable but likely only option, so we completely understand. AT&T cell service in this area was SOS. We made multiple trips to Escanaba to check voicemail/text/etc due to the lack of service (I was on call-- so if you are "on call" don't be on call while here--- use this time to decompress.) Recommendations to AT&T mobile customers: Print off check in instructions prior to arrival so that you will have the check in information & lock code.

Great Getaway
This family of 4 had a great time at this very well-maintained home. The property is newer, which obviously helps, but you can tell that there is a focus on cleanliness and organization. I say this having rented 3-4 properties per year for the last 7-8 years across multiple states. The view of Lake Michigan is remarkable. The surroundings quiet and peaceful. 15 min. away from major grocery chain and whatever else you need. If you like to cook then I suggest waiting to see what is already on-hand as there was an array of spices, flour, sugar, pots, pans, baking dishes, etc. already available. We made the 1.5 hour trek north to catch the Pictured Rocks boat cruise in Grand Marais. There is a fantastic disc golf course 30 min. away, if that's your thing. Lots of options for outdoor enjoyment. Or, you could simply spend days relaxing around the property soaking up the lake. Finally, Dave was super responsive to any and all needs. I have not typically engaged much with a property owner in the past, but I had a somewhat comical set of various personal issues arise that Dave graciously assisted with during my stay. We hope to return in the near future.

Beautiful family friendly property
My family was visiting for a wedding and we found this property beautiful, welcoming and well appointed. The pre check in information was exactly what we needed to make sure we brought the necessary things (but didn’t over pack). We loved the outdoor space and our children loved the bunk beds and loft bedroom so much they didn’t want to come home. Will absolutely request to stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at this cabin for the second time. This is a nice place to getaway with our family of 5 from the busyness of everyday life. We stayed 3 nights, only left the cabin once for gift shopping.

Beautiful view and beautiful house!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The kids loved the ping pong in the basement and the adults loved having a glass of wine on the deck and viewing the lake. The beach and fire pit were super nice as well. One minor complaint was that the neighbors were kind of loud. Other than that, it is a home run!
