Riverfront Cabin w Hot Tub, Pool Table, Gig Internet, Generator - Pet Friendly

Come make lifetime memories at Fox Haven!

This riverfront cabin features large two story river view windows, vaulted ceilings, wood burning fireplace, a deck with hot tub + BBQ, a pool table, stocked kitchen, gig internet and a generator! Sleeping six guests comfortably, this cabin is ideal for all seasons: hiking, fishing, rafting, 30 min to skiing or snowboarding! Or just relax by the river.

This beautiful, pet-friendly home is the perfect North Cascades destination for your next vacation, or ideal remote work getaway!

Perfect for stargazing at night! There is amazing hiking nearby & Stevens Pass has outdoor activities in the summer and the winter.

Newly installed automatic transfer generator protects your stay in the case of a power outage! these mountain communities are prove to power outages during winter storms. Rest assured that you will stay warm and cozy regardless of what the weather does during your visit.

About 25 Min to Stevens Pass Mountain Resort
About 60 Min to Leavenworth

With two bedrooms, a sofa bed in the living room, a twin bed in the loft, and two full bathrooms, your group of up to 6 people will be comfortable in the cabin.

A well-stocked kitchen and washer and dryer mean that you'll be able to enjoy the comforts of home whether you're staying the weekend or for a week or two.

Enjoy the sound of the river flowing by from the back deck or the hot tub. Have a picnic on the river bank, or take a dip in the cold mountain water.

Even though it's only an hour's drive from downtown Seattle, this comfortable cabin retreat feels like it's a million miles away.

EVs welcome! There's a 50 amp car charger available. There is a public walkway on the riverside of the house for the neighborhood (and you) to use. There is a privacy screen for the hot tub for your convenience and enjoyment. The neighboring lot to the east (upriver) is a public space that is community maintained providing a nice buffer from other homes. There is a beautiful community beach that you can walk to as well.

Riverwood Park is a cozy community of cabins and year-round residents located off of Highway 2. It consists of three street "loops" with properties along the river and slightly inland.

Located conveniently close to Stevens Pass and numerous trails and climbing sites, this neighborhood is surrounded by opportunities to play outside! For those who prefer to stay close to home, relax on the back deck and watch the river roll by.

Please be careful to observe the 25 mph speed limit as you drive on our roads - people are often out walking dogs, and in warmer weather kids will be out playing or on their bikes.

Smile and wave at the neighbors as you drive or walk by! Riverwood Park is a friendly community, and folks appreciate (and reciprocate!) those simple gestures.

There is ample parking in front of the cabin, with a gently steep but short driveway to access it. We do recommend 4 wheel drive cars to get up the short driveway, or you may need to park on the neighborhood street. The driveway is not appropriate for commercial sized vehicles or RVs.

IN THE WINTER: there is a private plowing service that will ensure the driveway is cleared as soon as possible after a big snowfall; however, if there's a big dump expected, you may prefer to park on the road versus in the driveway to ensure you can get your car out as soon as you need to. (Skiers and snowboarders take heed! Don't let your trip to Stevens Pass get delayed!)

Fun 3 days
Very impressed with the house and property. Lots of things to do right on site. Family loved playing pool, the hot tub, sitting by the fire. We also enjoyed playing games and watching movies. Very cozy.

Unnecessairly Stressful
The property is decent. It could use some maintenance & the grill was too rusty to use. When we arrived the heat was off so it was only 50f inside. The neighboring properties are piled with junk & broken down vehicles. The driveway is dirt & gravel & is extremely narrow with a steep hill. My husband has a Dodge Ram 2500 Diesel pickup. Around 8p.m. on the second night of our stay, I was contacted by the host. She claimed that the neighbor had contacted her, telling her they were woken up in the "middle of the night" by a "commercial vehicle" struggling in the driveway. I informed her that we had no knowledge of this as my husband had returned from the job he was working on up there around 6p.m. & not left again until around 7a.m. & we had not been woken up or aware of what the neighbor claimed. She proceeded to tell me the neighbor sent her pictures (alarming on its own) of "damage" done to the driveway by a truck. We had not caused any damage aside from some loose gravel or leaving tire tracks on the WET DIRT & GRAVEL driveway. She sent me the pictures and that is exactly what the "damage" was, tire tracks (not ruts) on the driveway. There where no tracks on the shoulder of the driveway, no ruts, no broken foliage, etc. She told us to park on the street (you cant see the street from the house). We were not comfortable parking our truck w/50k worth of tools there. I asked for a refund of the remaining nights which she gave. The whole situation was uncomfortable and stressful.

Had a great time at the cabin with friends and dogs. Nothing better than hot tubbing by the river!
