"We had an unusual stay in that the night before our arrival there was a windstorm that knocked the power out. We were almost to our destination when the owner let us know. She offered us a full refund or to reschedule but we decided to make it an adventure and stay unsure when the power would come back on. The cabin is equipped with a wood burning fire place and lots of candles so it ended up being really fun! The lanterns lit up the couch area so we could sit and read. The ambiance was...

"The house and surrounding are exactly as pictured. It did not disappoint!! The view is spectacular! The property was very private and peaceful. The house was clean and very well equipped. The beds were so comfy and the furniture was also comfortable and in great condition. The hot tub was wonderful and we enjoyed it very much! I would highly recommend staying here!"

"This home was a great home base for our hiking adventures in the area. It is close to several trailheads and Wallace Falls State Park. It is is a quiet area and the view was beautiful from the front porch. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking some of our meals instead of eating out all the time. Only used the hot tub once...but was in perfect working order. Would definately consider staying hear again if in the area."
