"I’ve received phone call 4 pm on the day of checked in and was told, we will close 6 pm so what time are you checking in and i said 7 pm. They said will leave door unlocked and key will be on the top of table. When i get there door was unlocked and key was on the table but rubbish everywhere 4 medium garbage bags full of garbage sitting next to kitchen and beds were like dog’s cage, linen and blankets were used and was on the floor not even on the bed.
