"Absolutely wonderful. It was what I imagined a Tuscan Villa would be and more. It is private with spectacular views. The inside is roomy and comfortable with beautiful vaulted wood ceilings throughout. The kitchen was well equipped with everything I could think of. The pool is great with a gate that keeps children safe. The terraces with cushioned seating were perfect for lounging. The beds were very comfortable. Nice washer and clothes line. Highly recommend."

"Gloria was a lovely, welcoming host who was very accommodating when we arrived late due to an accident on the road. The property was clean and well equipped for our needs in an excellent location. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t that good when we were there but we were able to drive to Pisa and Lucca for day trips. Our last day was sunny so we headed to the beach which was lovely and not too busy at this time of year. My only note would be that the single bed in the attic room is quite small...

"Paolo’s property was perfect for me and my family. It is clean, spacious and very well presented. It is a perfect location for exploring the Garfagnana region and close to plenty of local amenities. "The quiet setting of this old farmhouse provided a calm retreat from the hectic days of sightseeing. Giacomo was a gracious host, meeting us when we arrived, giving us numerous helpful tips about sightseeing and restaurants, things to do and places to see. The spacious bedrooms of the house and views of the countryside are beautiful. There are stairs to negotiate, and having a vehicle is helpful. "

"The property is lovely, very clean and comfortable. The views from the terrace of the surrounding mountains are superb, and the area is very quiet. We booked the "Cook at home" experience and I have to say it was one of the best meals we have ever had. The pool is well maintained and a good size, but could maybe benefit from some umbrellas/shade. Overall we had a fantastic week here and would definitely book again!"

"Enrico went out of his way to make our stay memorable in his comfortable, well appointed accommodation. It is extremely convenient to the Old Town, the grocery stores & the railway station. "The house was very clean, comfortable and spacious and we never tired of the superlative views across the valley. Diego and his dad are lovely and always available when needed. If I was to suggest an improvement, it would be a little more kitchen equipment - there was no sharp knife for cooking, no collander, few wine glasses and an oven tray that didn’t fit the oven. A small point that did not detract from a great week in a stand out property. Highly recommended!"
