15 km from Rouen, at the edge of the forest and hiking trails, this independent Norman has a private enclosed garden of 2,500 m² with its terrace and south-facing swimming pool. Close to major routes (A13 and A28 / A29) and a commercial area, it is the ideal lodging for your stays with family or friends.

Our oasis
A wonderful and spacious place for us as a family of seven with fairly grown up kids. A great place for daytours around Normandie. We were so well recieved by Lydia and her husband and felt very much at home. A friendly get away in beautiful surroundings.

Property and garden large lots of space for children to run around. Small shallow pool ideal for younger children. It was a suprise to find an extra 120 euros added for cleaning this was not disclosed on property booking page.

Beautiful country house
We had a great stay in the beautiful country house. The house is very spacious and has everything you need. The garden is stunning and the kids loved the playground and schwimming pool. It was the perfect starting point for daytrips in the region. Only weird thing was that on the way there Google guided us through a small forest road uphill which is not suited for a regular car. Make sure you take the slightly longer road which is asphalted.

Fabulous week in Beautiful Gite
The property was large, huge garden, pool was great and had a high standard of equipment. It had everything we needed throughout the stay. It was so very clean, the host was friendly and accommodated our lack of speaking french perfectly! All was explained so we could understand the requirements. They were very close at hand, literally next door, so could help us if we needed anything! Needed to drive to reach town or other places but it was a lovely holiday!

Superb Property
Thank you to Lydia & family for the warm welcome to your beautiful house. Facilities were all of the highest standards. Very clean and a good layout inside the house. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will possibly be returning next year as it was so good. Good location for the nearby beaches and the city of Rouen. Highly recommended. ps thank you for the Zuchinni, Sophie is making a Zuchinni bread as we speak

Incredible!!!
We had the most AMAZING stay at Lydia’s home. She is a great host and her husband Jöel is very funny even with the little language barrier. The house was beautifully decorated and built. The children (6 of them) and ourselves really enjoyed the pool that was a welcome addition to the great very hot weather we had. Shops are near by as are attractions. Paris is only a 2 hour drive away. I would 1000% recommend this house to have the most perfect vacation. We really hope to return some day!!

Perfect for large gatherings of friends or family
We chose this beautiful property for our 40th wedding anniversary celebration with our kids and their significant others. The house was just as described. It was clean and very well maintained. The decor is very comfortable and the kitchen is great for a large group. The outdoors is equally lovely. The owners were very helpful and so friendly! The location worked well for our travels to and from Paris and also around Normandy including the D-Day landing sights and the American Cemetery. We enjoyed some great dining in nearby Rouen. There's also a huge Carrefour market where you can get anything very close by.

Alle positiven Kommentare zu diesem Haus können wir nur teilen! Tatsächlich war dies das erste Ferienhaus, das schöner war als auf den Fotos. Die Vermieter wohnen nebenan, respektieren jedoch voll und ganz die Privatsphäre ihrer Gäste. Lydia ist eine exzellente Gastgeberin. Wir kommen wieder!

Wunderschöner Urlaub in der Normandie
Wunderschönes normannischen Haus mit sehr gepflegtem grossen Garten und Pool. Sehr sympathische Vermieter, tolle Basis für Ausflüge und Strandbesuch. Wir wären gerne noch geblieben, kommen aber bestimmt wieder!

We hadden een heerlijke vakantie in dit mooie vakantieverblijf. We werden hartelijk ontvangen en kregen de nodige informatie ivm het huis, zwembad, winkels in de buurt,… De gastvrouw had al deze info ook heel fijn en ordelijk in een map gestoken. Het huis is ruim en heel netjes! Wij voelden ons er meteen thuis! Het huis ligt in een hele rustige, landelijke omgeving en is een fijne uitvalsbasis voor uitstappen. Wij kijken er naar uit om nog eens terug te gaan!

Séjour de rêve même avec un soleil timide.
Accompagnés de nos enfants et petits-enfants,10 personnes en tout, nous avons vécu 2 semaines parfaites. Les propriétaires sont chaleureux et la villa est faite pour partager des moments de partage car très grande et fonctionnelle. Le plus, la piscine chauffée qui a permis aux enfants de se baigner sans problème tous les jours ! Pourtant le soleil était timide....le plus les chevaux....et le très grand jardin....les enfants ont adoré !!! Merci à Lydia pour son accueil et sa rhubarbe....! Si vous voulez vous offrir des moments de bonheurs familiaux cette villa est ce qu’il vous faut !!! Chantal

mooi huis en omgeving
Keurige vakantiewoning, veel ruimte in het huis en tuin ook voor honden perfect. Je stapt de deur uit en wandelt zo het bos in. Ruime slaapkamers. Wij verbleven hier de jaarwisseling, houtvuur aan, en genieten van rust!
