"This was a last minute late night checkin and the lady at the front was very helpful. The room was easy to access, the bed was a pleasure to sleep in just the right firmness. My wife said we need to leave a review. The breakfast was great, not a danish and coffees but a real waffle, eggs, sausage, and all the other additions. I would recommend this place . The checkout was smooth as butter and we continued on our trips."

"We had a great four night stay at this property; it worked very well for me, my wife, and our dog. The older house is clean and nicely updated with easy parking and check-in. Wasn't an issue for us, but be aware the small backyard is not fenced. The house backs up to an Arby's drive through lane, so there is some minor noise. Easy one mile drive into town and nice base for discovery of the area - we made day trips to Lawrenceburg and Louisville. Laura (owner) was responsive during our stay and we would use this house again if back in the Bardstown area."
