"Katia at the front desk was great! My minimal use of Italian was fine because she spoke excellent English to explain check-in and the hotel's services. The room was well appointed and balcony overlooking the beach perfect! Hotel seemed to cater to older folks and repeat guests which was fine because we wanted a quiet spot and this was the place. Great location and walking distance to everything in Alassio. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, lunch at the beach restaurant quick, relaxing and delicious, and all the hotel and restaurant staff were very nice and accommodating. Noticed other guest reviews complaining about having to pay for beach chairs & umbrellas - knowing that is how it works in Italy that didn't bother us. Its an optional service. We had only intended on staying one night but luckily Katia found us accommodations for the second night, despite hotel being sold out on line. I highly recommend this property for a great stay in Alassio!"

"It was a quick stay but the facility was amazing! The room was clean, spacious and comfortable! The staff was great and the breakfast buffet was wonderful! We didn’t get to use the pool but it was nice and clean. However, swim caps are required for all guests and I believe that you can get them at the desk. There was also a lot of fun activities for the entire family!"

"The hotel was excellent overall but we were disappointed with the availability of English language TV. There was nothing apart from a Nigerian channel in English. Not even CNN or BBC world service. After several complaints I finally got access to YouTube on the final night of our stay."

"Overall a great property. The staff was very friendly and all spoke excellent English. The breakfast was above expectations. The only reason I did not rate it 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ was because unfortunately there was a cover for the roller blinds that kept us up as it was windy outside and it was not properly fastened. I could not identify what was making the noise until the morning, but notified the front desk of the problem. "
