In the heart of a closed property of 46 ha of woods and meadows, the Phordoy farm has taken place, perched on its natural promontory. The panoramic view will dazzle you in all seasons. Facing you is the Madeleine, the highest peak in the sector. 3 converted gites in the outbuildings adjoining the owners' house. Secure heated swimming pool (gate and alarm) size 10 m x 4 m - Depth 1.35 m (salt treatment) + jacuzzi (6 places) to be shared with the other gites. Swimming pool and jacuzzi accessible from April 20 (weather permitting) until November 3. Donkeys and horses on site. Gite Phordoy 2 converted into a studio on the ground floor: Fully equipped kitchen (washer-dryer, dishwasher for 9 place settings, ceramic hob with 2 burners, combined microwave, fridge-freezer), lounge area (large flat screen TV, WIFI connection, sofa bed for 2 pers.). 1 sleeping area in a cozy 9 m2 alcove separated by a curtain: 1 double bed. Shower room with Italian shower, washbasin and wc. Sheets and towels provided, heating included, for a carefree holiday! For the reception of your small pet, consult the owners. Private terrace 21 m2 with garden furniture and deckchairs. Common barbecue area. Common car park. Possibility cleaning fee 60 euros, consult the owners. Marked hiking trails starting from the property.

Le paradis
Trés bonne semaine malgré une météo pluvieuse ,le gite est trés bien ,cuisine moderne ainsi que la salle d'eau ,literie trés confortable ;les propriétaires trés gentils et discrets !l'environnement est magnifique ,la montagne ,la verdure et les animaux ,juste un peu loin pour les courses !trés contents de notre séjour !
