"We stay here almost every time we're in PR. We don't like fancy and its perfect for us. We prefer small and friendly. The owner Angel is very kind and will do anything to help you if needed. We've stayed probably 6-8 ish times now and will continue coming here. Its away from the hustle of bigger cities but still a beautiful beach and view. "

"Our flight got canceled after we had gotten to the airport. So we were scrambling for a place to stay since they weren't able to get us on another flight until the next evening. Communication was excellent, the unit owner was very accommodating and pleasant. He made sure the unit was cleaned for us within an hour since we were arriving late and an hour away from the location. Very grateful to him for giving us a place to rest our heads after a crazy night at the airport!"

"It was kinda hard to find especially coming in at night time. We found it eventually. The one thing I would recommend to the owner is once you give the code to get in you should allow the guest to change while they are staying. It was hard to sleep not knowing who had the code. Fix the sliding the door lock… Otherwise it had everything you needed and we were in the middle of everything food beaches stores! Real Authentic stay!"

"The apartment is very nice. Very clean, air-conditioned and peaceful. The hospitality of the owner was great. She was very kind and greeted us upon arrival. Overall, my stay at Family Villa was great. I look forward to booking again to stay in the near future. The apartment is close to the beach, shops, restaurants, pharmacy and about a 45min drive to San Juan. Very great location. I will definitely recommend friends and family to stay at this location."

"This was our first trip to Puerto Rico and because there were 9 of us decided to use VRBO rather than pay for multiple hotel rooms. The house had enough space, was clean and the Lourdes was very helpful. You will need to rent a vehicle to get around the island and use Google translate if you do not speak Spanish. The place is great located and you will get within a couple of minutes to the beach and even beaches for kids are reachable within 7 minutes by car. If you are heady for grocery stores or backery‘s you will also reach them within a couple of minutes.
