"i give this place a 4/5 stars. The only issues i had was the checkin instructions not being specific and there only being an AC in the bedroom and not in the common area. The other small issue i had was many people driving passed the house with music blasting in the early hours (was not in host control). No A/C but the breeze from the ocean keeps things cool during the evening. The house is from the 50s so its older, but considering all its been through, its in good shape.
