HOW TO BOOK:
We recommend submitting an information request to our agency as we have several villas, "sending a question to the real estate professional", so we will advise you on the villa that best suits your needs. Then you can book securely at "Book Now".
We recommend booking stays from Saturday to Saturday, with a stay of 4 to 7 - 14 days. If you would like to book a week midweek on other days, please feel free to contact us to finalize rates and availability.
In case of Last Minute: We need 24 hours to prepare the villa once the payment to Weeky Villas of the first payment has been made. Last Minute bookings beyond Fridays at 5:00 p.m. are not accepted. We do not accept bookings for Saturday and Sunday as it is impossible to properly prepare our villas.
IMPORTANT ASPECTS RELATED TO RATES AND PAYMENTS:
1.- Payment by Vrbo with Visa Card with a 3% Card Commission supplement is possible.
2.- Payment by Bank Transfer is possible.
The Vrbo support service can be booked with both payment methods.
3.- Each week ends with a cleaning, change of sheets/pool and bath towels if it is at the end or with a small intermediate cleaning. If 2 weeks are booked, there are 2 cleanings, etc.
4.- Final cleaning: cost 250 €/week.
Mini intermediate cleaning: 80€
5.- Tourist Tax: 1 €/Adult/Day for the first 7 days.
6.- In Low Season Winter:
800 €/Month for water expenses for monthly bookings, electricity and gas based on actual consumption. Heating/Light supplement 300€/Week from October to April.
