Very clean and comfy place
The place we stayed at was very clean and the employees were very helpful. Internet is very weak but I didn't go on holidays for internet . I would recommend Sweet Inns to anyone

One of my best stays anywhere!!!
This was a perfect place to stay! I will always look for Sweet Inn because of my wonderful experience. We never saw anyone from the hotel. You comunícate through the app, they’re very responsive and friendly. The rooms were wonderful, wifi excellent, area was perfect!!!

Excellent location and space but rubbish service
I had booked this for a small family holiday and on before and an arrival staff were very helpful through their own app communication. Once we settled in we noticed the only heating for the whole apartment was through their built in air conditioning unit...which didn't work! The entire apartment was freezing the whole time we were there! We were provided with 1 oil filled radiator the 2nd day after notifying which didn't work, which was replaced with a small halogen heater with only one element working! Because it was so cold myself and the family had to purchase extra clothing just to make sure we wouldn't freeze in the apartment. Whilst speaking to the team through the app they assumed I didn't know how to operate either of the heaters and was made to feel like an idiot. They were very apologetic and said they would offer a partial refund in compensation but as soon as the booking was over I haven't heard anything from them. I believe i was also charged twice for the cleaning fee (on arrival) which is included in their initial pricing if I'm correct. I have images of the heaters that were provided as they did ask for them to prove they were not working. Really disappointed with the services and the heating condition of the room and will not recommend.

Think About It.
Via email, I told them we would be coming in early & would like to leave our luggage. We were told to call 30 min. out and we would be met at the apt to be taken care of. Call made but no one showed up. I finally called and was told that there was a last minute rental of the apartment and we couldn't get in and there was no place to leave our luggage (4 people - lots of luggage). One lady was sick. After almost two hours of sitting on the street, we were met by Christian. He took us up to the apartment. The lift only went to the 4th floor and steep stairs went up to the 5th. The two bedrooms were in lofts with ladders. We are four senior citizens and I told him this wouldn't work. He had us take a taxi (at our expense) to another place. But it was occupied and the people didn't have to leave until 4. However, we would be allowed to leave our luggage with them (????). Remember one lady was sick. So we were suppose to walk around for a few more hours. I realize the check in time was four but we were led to believe we could get into this second apartment when we got there. As it turned out, the people there chose to leave early so we could get in. The apartment had to be cleaned but we agreed to go on in and let them come and clean. Any emails need to be totally clear and people need to know for sure how this works with an apartment. Would I stay there again - no way. Guess I should say the apartment was very large and nice.

El hospedaje ha sido muy agradable. La chica que nos recibió nos atendió muy bien. El apartamento es amplio y moderno, aparentemente limpio y con todas las necesidades, aunque el wifi va bastante lento. En cuanto a riudos, si eres una persona que se acuesta pronto y los ruidos le alteran, el metro pasa por debajo y se escucha y vibra la casa,nosotros no tuvimos problema,pero hay que tenerlo en cuenta.

En meget lydt lejlighed - man kunne høre når overboen anvendte badeværelset samt man var ikke i tvivl når elevatoren kørte eller der gik nogen i opgangen. Desværre fik vi også fornøjelsen af naboens brug af tobak (både den lovlige og mindre lovlige slags), da den kom ind og forpestede vores stue. Der var ikke nok vandtryk på bruseren. Men området, hvor lejlighed. ligger er fint

Lähellä keskustaa - kuitenkin edullinen.
Liikenteen äänet kaikuivat ympäri vuorokauden, mutta huoneisto oli tilava ja toimiva. Uunia olisimme kaivanneet vaan liesi ja mikro toimivat ok. jääkaappi oli neljälle hengelle pienehkö. Jostain syystä asuntoa ei ollut siivottu sinne saapuessamne (sovitun luovutusajan jälkeen) vaan saimme kunnon hyvityksen. Voisimme hyvin palata uudelleen!

O apartamento é incrível! Exatamente como se vê no app da Sweet inn (administradora dele). Por falar em Sweet inn, as funcionárias da empresa são demais! Super solícitas, atenciosas e simpáticas. Sobre a localização do apto, não poderia haver melhor! Bairro calmo, sem barulho, exceto pelo desfile de carnaval que assistimos da nossa varanda (e adoramos) OBS: só ocorreu no sábado de carnaval, não é perigoso e acaba cedo! Tem de tudo bem próximo ao apto: lojas e restaurantes de todos os tipos e preços, inclusive um shopping (Arenas) e naquela rua do apto tem metrô, pontos de ônibus e de táxi (obs: táxi em Barcelona não é caro). Quanto ao conforto e espaço, a única queixa nossa é sobre as camas. Como elas são de 2 colchões, no decorrer da noite eles vão se distanciando e surge uma vala entre os dois que nos incomodava um pouco. Porém, o restante do apartamento é extremamente confortável e seguro. Isso sem falar que tem de tudo nele, cafeteira, torradeira, cooktop, taças, pratos, talheres, produtos de toalete, pantufas, toalhas, cobertores e tanto o aquecedor quanto o ar condicionado funcionam muito bem. Esse apartamento foi a nossa melhor escolha de hospedagem pela Europa. Adoramos! Obrigada especialmente à Alessandra que nos atendeu tão bem.

편의시설이 잘 갖추어져 있고, 체크인시 현지인의 친절한 안내와 설명이 매우 고마웠다. 특히, 체크인할때 예정시간 보다 1시간이상 늦었는데도 끝가지 기다려준 것이 너무 고마웠다.

Una settimana con moglie e figli piccoli. In casa mancava solo una scopa per spazzare un po', per il resto c'era tutto di più. Ottima posizione (zona non turistica e quindi non cara, ma vicinissima a piazza di Spagna ed altri luoghi famosi). già consigliata a parenti ed amici
