Convenient location but small room and very oddly there is no door for the toilets inside the room. This only works if you are traveling alone. Not recommended when traveling with a companion.

Great location. Issues were: Bathroom door would not shut all the way. Toilet would not flush properly Toilet seat was broken so the top had to be gently lift lifted up each time Shower drain was loose. We did report all of these issues to the front desk. For the price of this hotel these are very small items that could be fixed easily and should be.

I stayed here for the convenience of not having to navigate traffic arriving to the airport. The hotel exceeded my overall expectations especially considering its name. This place served its purpose for sure. No shuttle needed. Staff was extremely helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Hotel was clean and modern. However, I suggest getting dinner before arriving if possible otherwise, you’ll have a 30 minute drive into the city unless you want the airport cafe food available outside the hotel but inside the airport. Finally, the bed was like sleeping on an ironing board. If you like a super firm mattress, you’ll love it. If not, you’ll survive. Would stay again.

Perfect stay for having an early flight out. Staff were very nice and explained everything I needed to know. Room was perfect had everything I needed for a nights stay. The bed was pretty hard but other than that I would highly recommend for a short stay! Also, the breakfast included was really good! More than just a continental breakfast and a lot of options and started at 4am!

Having a 6am flight (which meant having to check-in at 3am) was giving me anxiety. Despite the higher cost, this was the perfect solution! We checked in around dinner time - there are ample food options downstairs. We arrived at Terminal one departures and had some difficulty finding this place - went down to level one, and heading towards the taxi exit area just before exiting took a right turn down the double walkway and one more right and it was there. The room was clean and spacious - we are able to eat, shower and relax. At 3am, we simply woke up and walked back to Level 2 departures - 10minute walk. (no need for taxi) and got checked in. We did not have enough time (due to crowds) to avail ourselves to the free breakfast (available at 4:30am). Definitely very pleased with how it all worked out. Recommended and would do it all over again if necessary!

Great placw to stay
Great stay at this ultra convenient hotel! We arrived after midnight and were very tired. We thought it was very easy to find. They sent clear instructions and a photo. No issue. Exit like you are leaving. You will see a row of shops. One is Caixo bank. Go right there and follow to the end of the row. Turn left and go to the end of the hall. Then turn right and follow the people mover. Door to the Sleep & Fly Business is straight ahead. Clean, quiet and great breakfast.

This hotel could not be more convenient. It’s very clean, the staff are helpful, kind, and professional and we were very thankful we could get as much sleep as possible before a very early flight. It is a two minute walk to the airport and you are in the airport building the whole time. The rental car drop off was also a breeze. Thank you!

Good for refreshing post flight and beating the traffic and queues for outgoing morning flights. Basic but clean rooms. Breakfast is ok, limited choices though.

Perfect location for an early flight but pricey.
The location couldn't be better for airport access (a 5 min walk max and all inside). The early breakfast (starts at 4am) was also a bonus. Expensive (probably over-priced) but the ease of access was the major appeal. As others have noted, the hotel is in need some minor TLC, eg the bathroom door would not close properly without a suitcase to keep it shut.
