Et godt sted at bo i Barcelona.
Jeg har boet her flere gange nu og vil helt klart anbefale dette sted til andre. Værelserne er ikke særlig store, badeværelset heller ikke, men indretningen er optimal, og det er godt og rent. Stedet består af tre bygninger, A, B og C. Ved indcheckning får man et kort, som man scanner i døren, lidt ligesom i metroen. På hver etage er der et fælles køkken i en stor, flot stue med spisebord, sofagruppe og flot udsigt over byen. Jeg var meget overrasket over, hvor pænt og rent dette fællesrum altid er. Stor ros til personalet og gæsterne. I dette rum står der nogle store køleskabe indeholdende små bokse, der kan afløses med hængelås - som man selv skal købe eller medbringe. Af ens nøglekort fremgår det, hvilken boks, man kan disponere over. (Der findes også værelsestyper med eget mini-køkken). Selve området er ikke særlig spændende, men man kan gå til stranden og centrum på 20-25 minutter, og der er masser af butikker i området. Og en metrostation et par minutter derfra. På taget af hver bygning er der lækker solterrasse og swimmingpool, som dog ikke er opvarmet. Jeg er selv meget begejstret for dette hotel og vil ikke tøve med at anbefale det i plenum.

Eenvoudig maar tof en proper
Eenvoudige kamers met de basisbenodigdheden. Eigen badkamer die zeer goed functioneert, niet ruim maar goed. Zeer degelijk bed en genoeg opbergruimte. Vlot bereikbaar met Metrolijn 1 (Marina, op 800m van het gebouw). Eten en drinken te verkrijgen in het restaurant (schoolstijl) tegen een meer dan degelijke prijs. En goed van kwaliteit. Groot pluspunt: Zeer goede WIFI voor de onliners

Espacio muy reducido y no limpian habitacion.
Esperabamos más de este lugar, no tienen servicio de limpieza diario y se venden como un hotel. Mal ahi. Es mas bien una residencia de estudiantes porque esta muy limitado como para que ofrezcan servicios de hotel.

Prima verblijf. Vriendelijke 24-uurs check-in. Uitstekende locatie vlakbij de metro, waardoor je gemakkelijk op verschillende plekken in de stad kan komen. Kamers worden alleen schoongemaakt op aanvraag, tegen betaling. Dat is het enige nadeel. Verder prima! Goede bedden. Kamers zijn wel klein, maar dat staat duidelijk weergegeven en weet je dus van te voren. We zaten op de 11e verdieping in gebouw A en hadden een prachtig uitzicht over de stad. In de buurt is weinig te doen, maar met de Hola BCN! Travelcard kom je overal.

Günstige Unterkunft in nicht ganz zentraler Nähe
Wir haben die Unterkunft gut gefunden. Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt und das Einchecken lief problemlos und schnell ab. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist zu empfehlen. Zimmer war sehr klein und das Bett wirkte nicht ganz stabil. Aber alles in allem war es eine gute Unterkunft.

Unglaublich laut, selbst für ein Hostel...
Selbst für ein Hostel war es nachts unglaublich laut. Die Türen haben ohne ende gequietscht und man konnte dank herrvorragender Akkustik jedes Wort der draussen Feierenden verstehen... Die Fenster ließen sich nicht ganz öffnen was ein ordentliches Durchlüften natürlich unmöglich gemacht hat. Das Zimmer wurde nicht einmal geputzt obwohl wir länger als 5 Tage da waren und daher eine Reinigung frei hatte. Der Müll wurde auch nicht entsorgt und in so einem kleinen Zimmer ist der Mülleimer sehr sehr schnell voll. Das Badezimmer hatte keinen schrägen Ablauf, sodass der anze Sand vom Strand ewig da rum geschwommen ist und nicht richtig ablaufen konnte. Alles war recht schmuddelig und ungepflegt. Ich kann dieses Hostel auf gar keinen Fall weiter empfehlen.

Séjour 10jrs en couple fin août 2016
Bonjour . Nous sommes partis 10jrs fin août 2016 en couple. Le rapport qualites/prix est imbattable . Les chambres sont petite mais propre et fonctionnel avec des rangements un bon wifi et la clim. L'accès à une piscine sur le toit est vraiment un plus . Très agréable le matin ou après une journée de visites. Comme c'est une résidence étudiante il y a une cuisine avec case frigo par étage une laverie et une cafétéria(pas top ) De plus l'emplacement est intéressant à 20 min à pied des ramblas en passant par le parc de la ciutadella et 20min de la plage . Sinon L1 du métro à 5min à pied (marina) Pas trop de point négatif à part peut être la fenêtre de chambre qui s'ouvre uniquement en oscilobattant

Better that what I expected from the reviews.
On reading the other reviews for the hotel I expected a hostel experience that I've had while traveling Europe and the US, however this hotel far exceeded my expectations. The staff were friendly, always willing to help and seemed capable of speaking many languages, the buildings were clean and well maintained and the rooms, while being somewhat small, were clean and comfortable with all the amenities you could need. (Except for a hairdryer, which is apparently important to some.) I can understand why some people think it's a hostel, because there is a shared kitchen down the hall and room service only applies if you're there longer than six days, but if you needed new sheets, towels or anything else all you had to do was simply ask. Doesn't seem like too much of a hardship. All I can say is that in my opinion the hotel was excellent and I would not hesitate to return and those who expected five star service for the pennies they paid for their stay are expecting a little too much. I doubt they could ever give a satisfactory review.

Hôtel simple et bien dans l'ensemble
On a passé une semaine dans cet établissement. On a trouvé la chambre vraiment pas mal mais un peu cher payé pour ce que c'était. Elle faisait environ 12m2 pour la taille. La propreté était un peu douteuse à certains endroits mais cela ressemblait à ce qu'on pourrait trouver dans un studio d'un particulier. Pas horrible non plus. Bas du rideau de douche très tâché, à changer, et joints moisis dans la salle de bain, à refaire. Mais la pression de l'eau était super et l'eau était bien chaude comme on le voulait. Point à améliorer - le nettoyage des sols : il y avait du popcorn sous le lit et la serpillière ne semblait pas avoir été passée. 2 petites bouteilles de gel douche pour 2 personnes ne sont pas suffisantes pour 4 jours. Et les serviettes doivent être changées au minimum après 2 jours au lieu de 5 jours. La piscine était très petite, 2 personnes seraient gênées si elles voulaient nager, mais elle avait le mérite d'être là et elle était propre la plupart du temps. La climatisation était très agréable car elle était réglable et refroidissait bien la chambre, très utile lorsqu'il faisait chaud. La cuisine est un réel atout si vous ne voulez pas manger tous les jours dehors et si vous avez des aliments à conserver, quoique la partie réfrigérateur n'est pas assez froide. On a eu très peu de bruits lors de notre séjour. Il y a bien un chantier à côté de l'hôtel mais comme on n'était pas là en journée on n'a pas vu la différence. Dans l'ensemble, notre séjour s'est bien passé.

Good hotel, near everything in Barcelona
Neat hotel, very small rooms and only cleaning once a week, but can you live with this. Then your stay at this hotel will be fine. Very close to metro and 15 min walking distance to allmost all the sights in Barcelona.

Il residence è carino, pieno di ragazzi, le stanze sono davvero minuscole, pulizia pessima anzi inesistente. La posizione dell'hotel è vicina ad una metro e ti permette di raggiungere tutti i quartieri con facilità ma dalla mezzanotte in poi quando le metro non ci sono, occorre chiamare il taxi.

Hôtel excellent rapport qualité-prix
L'hôtel s'apparente à une résidence pour étudiants mais en réalité il accueille différents publics, notamment des actifs et des retraités. La chambre est petite, environ 15 mètres carré mais elle est bien équipée et propre à l'arrivée (tv, coffre, grand lit 2 personnes confortable, climatisation, penderie, étagères...). La chambre rappelle le studio étudiant que j'avais. Je conseille d'apporter un masque de nuit pour dormir car les rideaux ne sont pas bien occultant et la chambre est inondée de lumière au matin. La chambre est bien insonorisée. Le ménage est fait une fois dans la semaine, donc la chambre est rapidement sale. Chaque étage dispose d'une "cooking room" (cuisine-salle à manger) où les résidents peuvent manger. Cette salle est très pratique et bien équipée. Elle dispose d'un frigo, four, micro-onde, plaques de cuisson, ustensiles de cuisine. Cette salle était toujours propre car les résidents étaient respectueux de l'endroit (faire la vaisselle, trier les déchets, nettoyer la table). Chaque immeuble dispose d'une piscine sur le toit. Elle est petite mais elle permet de se rafraichir le soir venu (ouverte jusqu'à 22h). Voici mon avis : Je déconseille cet hôtel pour les familles et les personnes de fort gabarit ou de grande taille car la petitesse de la chambre va rapidement être gênante. Cet hôtel est légèrement excentré du centre-ville de Barcelone, il faut prendre le métro pour faire les visites (mais pas gênant).

Für zwei Personen würde es sehr eng in einem Doppelzimmer. Aber für einen kurztrip und für junge Leute wirklich top. Pool ist am Dach mit einem super Ausblick
