The main room has a double bed while the other room has two single beds. The apartment has a beautiful private terrace where you can sit quietly to enjoy the great weather of Barcelona. The apartment has a full bathroom and a toilet, equipped with clean towels ready for use on the day of arrival.
On the first floor you will find the bright living room where you can relax in the company of your family and friends while planning your next city tours. The second largest neighborhood of our beloved Barcelona is Sarrià-Sant Gervasi - a silent paradise in the northwest of the city, adjacent to Gràcia. Sarrià-Sant Gervasi was the last independent town to be annexed by Barcelona in 1921. That may explain why Sarrià-Sant Gervasi still has that "village atmosphere", with charm and personality that cannot be found anywhere else in the city. It is located in the upper area therefore offers views of the city.
You can find some of the best clinics nearby: Barraquer, Planas, Teknon, Dexeus, Chiron, Sagrada Família, Vall d'Hebrón Hospital and Sant Pau Hospital. Also nearby you can find the following schools and universities: ESADE, IESE, UIC, UPC or CEA.

WARNING: Watch your head! ... and be prepared for thing not working
Not recommended if you are over five feet tall (1.5m). I was banging my head everywhere. Even my 5'2" wife had trouble. Could barely use the bathroom. Electric panel was serious problem. Breakers kept tripping every hour; even when every appliance and light possible was turned off. Made it impossible to cook or wash. Lights went dark while taking a shower. Water to toilet stopped working. communication with management was difficult. We regret staying here and would not advise this rental. Too bad, the location was good and the pictures seemed nice.

Great neighborhood, OK place
This is located in a really good neighborhood, restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Close to subway. The apartment itself was just OK. I can see what they were trying to do with the place but could have been done better. The upstairs is an attic, so be careful about hitting your head on the beams, it will happen multiple times. The stairs going up and not bolted properly. The kitchen and living room area is very large. The balcony is very large also; however, one side of the balcony has rotted boards that I was afraid of falling through. I had to dispute the security deposit with my credit card company since they did not refund it. Unlike other VRBO's, they actually charged the deposit before arriving, others just hold the amount and release it upon checkout. They had told me 7-15 business days from date of departure, but they still did not refund. After contacting multiple times, was told their accounting department was "behind" and it would happen soon. After a month I disputed with credit card company.

Die Ferienwohnung war vor einigen Jahren (als auch die Bilder gemacht wurden) sicher mal toll. Inzwischen ist die Wohnung aber absolut renovierungsbedürftig und entspricht in keiner Weise den Bildern aus der Beschreibung. Dem Agenturpersonal vor Ort ist dies auch klar, sie wollten uns nach unseren Beschwerden direkt nach der Ankunft nicht einmal in die Wohnung begleiten. Die schlechten Bewertungen auf anderen Portalen, die wir leider erst vor Ort gesehen haben, spiegeln diesen Eindruck auch wieder. Unsere Kaution wurde außerdem zunächst doppelt eingezogen und wir haben sie auch erst Wochen später nach wiederholter Nachfrage zurück bekommen. Mit Blick auf die Bewertungen in anderen Portalen scheint auch dies die standardmäßige Vorgehensweise der Agentur zu sein. Nie wieder!

Loved position of apartment away from busy centre. Easy to get around on buses and Muntaner station few mins walk away. Lovely bakery round corner and adequate supermarket. Lovely terrace for sunbathing and relaxing (breakfast on terrace) only downside I wouid say was extremely low ceiling in second bedroom and cramped but air con works well so slept fine. Downstairs space v good! Everything u need really . Liked the apartment and great for chilling after exploring wonderful Barcelona. Staff in offices v helpful and friendly! Got deposit back very quickly! I would recommend this place and would stay again

Perfect vacations
The hosts were very helpful and welcoming. When we arrived nothing was too much trouble, the check-in happened to be in the office which is right next to the apartment. The parking they offered is off-road and very secure. Would definitely recommend.

The entire experience was perfect for us
The apartment is exactly as it looks in the pictures!! It was very clean, great air conditioning, good wifi, good hot shower, good location close to El Born district (10 min walk). There isn't much noise in the street.
