There were issues with the typed correct address. Apparently not the first time Hotels.com have given the HQ as address and not the apartment address, creating lots of confusion. The guys, Santiago was brilliant at rectifying this issue. When we finally arrived at the apartment and it had not been cleaned, and once cleaned cigarette butts from previous people were left in the outside terrace area, so overall not a wonderful "clean" experience. Again - Santiago was quick to rectify this issue but we were woken at 9:30am by the cleaner who clearly wished us to move which really was not welcome. Beds were lovely and comfortable and the apartment itself was pleasant - both that we stayed in were good spaces.

Appartamento arredato con gusto e confortevole!
Siamo stati due sole notti in questo appartamento, con una bimba di 4 anni, e sull'appartamento in sè niente da dire: é pulito, spazioso, arredato con gusto e con un ottimo sistema di A/C centralizzato che arriva in tutte le stanze. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche il terrazzino esterno, e i letti confortevoli. Non è molto rumoroso pur trovandosi al primo piano e affacciandosi su una strada un po' trafficata. La posizione è tutto sommato comoda, perché in 5 minuti si raggiunge la metro (Plaza Molina la più vicina), e in 10 minuti il centro. Le noti dolenti sono state più al momento della prenotazione, perché il prezzo mostrato sul sito non corrispondeva a quello totale da pagare, sia perché mi è stato addebitato un sovrapprezzo per la bimba (ma non era affatto chiaro che il costo era solo per due persone), sia perché le spese aggiuntive da pagare in loco, pulizia (50€!), tasse e cauzione (ben 200€!), non erano ben visibili...Altro aspetto che non mi é piaciuto è che al momento della prenotazione viene indicata come zona dell'appartamento Gracia (che invece é dove si trova l'agenzia), mentre il quartiere é un altro, non ricordo il nome, ma un po' più distante dal centro. Maggiore chiarezza e trasparenza in fase di prenotazione sarebbero necessarie...Ma in definitiva l'appartamento é da consigliare sicuramente, anche per più persone dato che ci sono 3 stanze, e ringrazio le ragazze che ci hanno assistito in loco per la loro disponibilità e gentilezza.

Appartamento davvero carino con tutto il necessario (c'è addirittura la lava-asciuga). Attenzione! Se ci arrivate in auto, sappiate che non c'è possibilità di parcheggio in strada. Nelle vicinanze ci sono due parcheggi a pagamento.

Cuidado con el check-in hay que avisar la hora
La descripción para hacer el check-in no está clara, ponen un horario disponible para hacerlo pero cuando llegamos no había nadie para recibirnos. Tuvimos que esperar más de 3 horas para lograr hacer el "check-in" y la experiencia fue muy mala en ese sentido. Su excusa fue que nosotros debíamos de habernos comunicado para avisar a qué hora llegábamos y que ellos intentaron comunicarse con nosotros sin éxito. Por lo demás, el lugar está muy bien si vas con más personas ya que son tres cuartos. La ubicación no es la que esperaba pero está bien.

真心不建議
23點以後沒熱水可用，烘衣機也無法使用，wifi訊號太弱無法使用，還多花好幾千台幣買sim卡。即使撥打反應電話也得不到改善。如果淺眠不建議住，地鐵凌晨2,3點還是會從地底過，影響睡眠

gradevolissimo appartamento accogliente quasi come la propria casa, comodo e spazioso. la zona è ottima soprattutto per famiglie, zona tranquilla pulita e ben servita, in 15 minuti si arriva in centro città. l'agenzia è composta da personale serio e disponibile.

Super appartement! Vlakbij metro. Goede airco.
Aanrader! Wij hebben genoten van Barcelona en het appartement. Na een dagje uit was het heerlijk terugkomen in het koele appartement en in een rustige wijk. Met de metro ben je in no-time bij alle bezienswaardigheden.

Hyggelig lejlighed
Man havner ikke lige i hjertet af Barcelona, men det er en hygelig lejlighed, og når man alligevel har flerdages transportkort, så giver det ok mening at bo her. Husk at Padua er den metrostation, der ligger tættest på! Ikke Lesseps eller Fortuna, som de kan finde på at sige kontoret jvor man henter nøgle. Eftersom man skal hente nøglen ved Catalunya Pladsen bør man komme med fly ved middagstid, så sparer man i hvert fald noget på taxa, og stoppet kan gøres via metro.

Vi måtte hente nøkkel på en annen adresse, det hadde vi ikke fått med oss på forhånd. Det var ikke så praktisk, og det var ikke så god service på dette kontoret heller. Vi trodde det var leiligheter med resepsjon, men leiligheten ligger for seg selv i bydelen Gracía. Hyggelig nabolag, kjedelig gate. Men det var en fin leilighet, det var rent når vi kom, og stor plass. Likevel var ikke luftkvaliteten særlig bra, noe fuktskader i stueveggen. Veldig fint bad med luksuriøs dusj. Noen skader her og der i leiligheten. Vi tok bilder av leiligheten før og etter for å ikke bli stilt til ansvar for ting som var ødelagt fra før. Man må nemlig betale et depositum, og hvis de vil kan de nekte å betale deg dette tilbake, noe vi synes var litt stressende. De trakk også 20% fra kortet mitt i forskuddsbetaling, uten at jeg fikk beskjed om dette før trekket.

鍵を受け取るオフィスの場所に注意！
ホテルと別の場所にあるオフィスで鍵を受け取る必要があるのですが、まずオフィスの場所がわかりにくいです。看板もなく、外観からは分からないです。バルセロナの住所は、最後の数字が番地・階数・号数なので、それを頼りに行ってください。 ホテルは、部屋は素敵で広いです。ただ、現地の人が普通に住んでいるマンションの一室なので、エントランスが暗くて慣れるまでちょっと怖いです。ホテルマンもおらずセキュリティー面にも不安はあります。 旅行慣れしている方ですが、知らない土地でホテルに帰ってホテルマンがいて、ほっとする感じはあったほうがいいなと個人的には思いました。
