Very well served by public transport, only needs 10 minutes Which any bus at the corner to get to the beach of Barceloneta, (6 stops in fact you can walk!)

Great location!
Very nice vintage style apartment. Great location close to groocery, metro and restaurants. Very clean and well equipped. We felt very safe. Has clothes washer. Clothes must be dried on rack. Overall, a great place.

Amazing Place and Location
Everything written and pictures is as is. The location was perfect to get around while in Barcelona. The property was clean, accessible, and perfect for us. Both hosts were amazing, kind, helpful, and responsive. I recommend this place to anyone and hope to return again soon!

Comfy and convenient
This apartment was just right for our needs, cozy, quiet, and well supplied. We enjoyed the Sant Antoni neighborhood, which was lively with families and people out enjoying the evenings. The apartment faces the inside of the block so it was nice and quiet. We very much appreciated the elevator. :) There are lots of restaurants and markets nearby, including the amazing Sant Antoni mercato. Since were visiting for several weeks, the washing machine was a definite necessity and worked great. With two people, there is plenty of room in the living room to set up the air dryer. Nadia and Taras were great hosts. We were arriving from another location after already being in Barcelona for a week, and our arrival time was not very predictable. They kindly accommodated our last minute updates and were there to let us in when we could finally get there. We appreciated that there was good coffee and milk supplied, along with a bottle of cava, which was lovely. We preferred no cleaning visit so they supplied plenty of towels etc for our two-week stay. Nadia also helped us arrange our taxi to the airport when we left and Taras came to see us off. We felt well-taken care of. Thank you, Nadia and Taras!

Fantastic Communication & a Cozy Nest Close to Everything
After being left stranded at midnight in an alley in old town Panama City by a landlord who was a BAD communicator (this was not through VRBO) we treasure landlords who respond promptly and accurately and make the system work. Nadia is a great example of efficient, accurate communication. I was able to contact Nadia from BCN as soon as we landed. Her husband was waiting for us on the street and helped maneuver our bulky suitcases into the narrow hallway of this his elegant old building. There is a LIFT, thank goodness, as I don't pack light. Nadia's husband showed us around the apartment and explained how everything worked before departing. We felt instantly at home! The bedding is clean, soft and plush. The decor is fun and a bit bohemian. There is a table big enough for two to four people to eat dinner. We had plenty of room to put away our clothing and toiletries. There is a washing machine, but no dryer. The wifi signal was good. The coffee supplies are excellent. The neighborhood is terrific! We walked to the subway and traveled all over the city. There were many restaurants and small grocery stores nearby, large grocery stores a couple blocks over -- you can find everything might need readily. The kitchen is tight by American standards, so I think it would be hard to cook big meals there. That's just the reality of old European cities, but I mention it in case that's important to someone reading this review.

Perfect Barcelona accommodations
This beautiful apartment is perfectly situated on Calle de Parliament, easily accessible to multiple metro stations, amazing restaurants, and anything you want to do in Barcelona. The apartment is beautifully appointed, including a washing machine! The elevator is small, but perfectly functional and check in and check out could not have been easier. I recommend this apartment highly!

Great location, great apartment
We were given kind, patient help with the check-in process. There was also good communication beforehand. When we had questions about using the washing machine, we were able to reach the owner in real time. The apartment is on the 4th floor, facing the rear, and is quiet; closed windows cut off street sounds, which are minor. The A/C worked well during 80-plusF temperatures; same with a floor fan. The apartment was generously stock with linens, soaps, and bathroom paper products. In walking distance are; great bakeries, coffee shops, a full-sized grocer, and St Antoni indoor market with multiple vendors. The Poblé Sec metro stop is an easy two block walk away, giving visitors access to all tourist sites, restaurants, and the beach. We used public transportation to and from the airport to the apartment without any problems.

A wonderful stay at Sant Antoni
My wife and I had a lovely 7-night stay in this superbly located apartment at Sant Antoni. Nadia and Taras were wonderful hosts, offered great advice about the neighborhood and beyond, and were a joy to communicate with prior, during, and after our stay. Check in and check out were very straightforward. Located in a lively area of the city, the apartment is less than a 5 minute walk from 2 metro stations and several bus stops. It’s in the 4th floor, which can be accessed via stairs or elevator. The A/C in the dining/living room plus the ceiling fan and pedestal fan in the master bedroom kept us very comfortable at a time when BCN was hit with a massive heat wave. The unit had everything we would have hoped for. Absolutely stop by at the Pepa Tomate Restaurant, MacxiPa bakery, Mercat Sant Antoni, and Lidl grocery store, all within 5 minute walk. Really, we felt at home here and was difficult to say goodbye. We will absolutely return to this magical city and without a doubt, we’ll love to stay again in this lovely apartment. Fun location to feel local
Felt part of a nice neighborhood that seemed like relatively good distance from everything you'd want to see in Barcelona. Getting taxis was easy and the public transit was also easily accessible. At the end of the day it always felt so nice to come to our cozy little 'home'. Soooo many good restaurants for dinner and breakfast. I definitely recommend this location. The host was very responsive and kind.

Perfect Location!
I had the good fortune of staying in this apartment for 5 days and I couldn't recommend it more highly! It is exactly as pictured it not better! We had everything we needed for a perfect visit to Barcelona! Communication with the owner was fast and easy as was check in! We were in the middle of a wonderful neighborhood full of bars and restaurants and a block from a wonderful market! I would absolutely rent this property again and highly suggest you do so as well! Simply perfect, incredibly quiet yet close to everything!

Nadia was prompt and gracious , with a wealth of neighborhood and train station information. I enjoyed the outside restaurants and Federal was close by for a great, and friendly, breakfast. I loved going to the nearby plaza and watching children playing after school.. It was great to see children laughing and having fun after thee Uvalde massacre in Texas.

A lovely place in the best neighborhood—Sant Antoni/Poble Sec—quiet in the back of the building where the apt is located and bustling in the front of the building, where some of the best bars and tapas joints are literally at your doorstep.

Loved the Neighborhood the most of all
The nice apartment provided easy access to Sant Antoni market which was the center of the neighborhood which we loved. The apartment is a place where you can experience the culture of the city. Convenient kiosks sell bread, meat, everything you need to enjoy the apartment and it’s location. We visited nearby coastal towns and had lots of fun.

Wonderfully and thoughtfully provisioned apartment in an eclectic neighborhood, full of restaurants, bars and shops with a pedestrian vibe. An easy walk to Las Ramblas, but also only a 3 - 4 stop Metro ride to the more touristy parts of the city. Surprisingly roomy and unusually quiet at night. Nadia provided multiple sitters m sources of information about Barcelona, from traditional guidebooks, to multiple pages of personal restaurant recommendations. We hope to stay there on our next visits. (They even provided umbrellas, which I don't remember at any other VRBO we've stayed with).

Location, Location, Location
If the object of going to Barcelona is to stay in a great location then this is the place. Calle Paralemente is in the middle of everything. This is a residential street with over seven restaurants directly out the door, three small groceries on the block, major grocery 2 blocks away, the San Anton market two blocks away, Calle Bali ( the street with all the Pincho shops) 5 blocks away, the Cathedral and the Ramblas within 15 minute walk for two elderly walkers. All flat and easily walkable. For longer trips the apartment is located midway between two subway lines both about two blocks away and almost evert bus in town. If you are looking for location this is it. The Apartment is good. The bed is comfortable for sleeping and the bedroom adequate for a couple. The apartment is located on the fourth floor and has a small elevator to get you there. The elevator is small by U.S. standards but it never failed and if did what it was supposed to do. I can not imagine using the stairs as they are narrow and steep. I am close to eighty years old and never had a problem getting to the apartment. The Livingroom is a couch, a cocktail table and a dinning table. There is a TV which only plays in Spanish which worked fine but we did not use very much as we preferred to be downstairs at the restaurants' and bars. The Kitchen is large enough if you want to cook some simple meals ( small gas stove and oven) but why would you want to. "Papa Tomatoes" the bar downstairs' has some of the cheapest and best food I have ever eaten and the Italian in the alley across the street is fantastic. We only used the kitchen to make some coffee and eat some cold cereal. The pastry shop out the door to the left one store away has some of the best pastry I have ever tasted and if you do not like theirs there are at least five more within a block. I am not kidding. The owner, Nadia is great and responds rapidly to any correspondence sent to her. I heartedly recommend this apartment. One note of caution, this is not an American Suburban apartment with all its amenities, but a small European apartment located in an older section of town. But, this is what we came for and loved every minute of it
