Good location but the apartment is in need of repair
The apartment is in poor condition with a heavily damaged door, leaking shower with rotten door frame, chipped paint and damaged walls through out and insufficient dish ware and cutlery for the advertised occupancy. The management did provide more although not until half way through our stay.

Logement très vieillissant comportant de nombreux manquements de fonctionnement, volet roulant bloqué fermé, peu d'équipement en cuisine, store pare soleil dysfonctionnel, dégas des eaux dans la salle d'eau, baignoires complètement rouillée, propreté très aléatoire, WC déguelasse, les sols, peinture complétement usés, porte défoncée à coup de poing, literie approximative et usée, ....

It took daily mails and calls to get the Apartment cleaned after 4 days. At arrival dishwasher door was broken and could not be closed. Was only fixed after 4 days Pictures only partially match the reality. Service/Quality does not match the price of the Apartment.
