Newly renovated and fully equipped and furnished apartment of 80 m2, located in a building with elevator and with optional parking in the same building (25 € / day).

This comfortable apartment of approximately 90 sqm is located in a building with elevator and offers the additional convenience of an optional Private Parking for 25 € / day. Located near the Muntaner metro station, you will enjoy easy access to public transportation and Barcelona's various points of interest.

The apartment has a cozy living-dining room that opens onto a nice terrace, ideal for enjoying moments outdoors. With capacity to accommodate up to 6 people comfortably, distributed in 3 bedrooms with 4 single beds and 1 double bed, plus a double sofa bed in the living room, in each apartment. In addition, if you are a group of more than 6 people there is the possibility of requesting the rental of more apartments in the same building.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric stove, electric kettle, oven, fridge and ceramic hob. In addition, we have included an iron, hair dryer, TV, air conditioning, heating, washing machine and dryer to ensure your comfort. In addition, you will have free Wi-Fi access during your stay in Barcelona.

The problem with the property was mainly the mattresses which were very thin and uncomfortable. Also the lack of curtain in one bedroom and that the sliding doors wouldn t lock

Needs serious maintenance
The arrival was well coordinated. However when we arrive to the apparent, the sofa, the walls were really run down and dirty. We cleaned the floor and leaving room as it was filthy. We asked for another apartment but nothing available. The kitchen is poorly equipped and falling apart. The door to the freezer is detached. The microwave came off as soon as we pushed the button to open it. It worked finally. For the silverware, it had only 2 knives… but the listing says it sleeps 6 … which it will be very uncomfortable 6 as it has 1 doble bed and 2 small singles. We were 3 so that did not affect us. The price way too high for the actual standard.

Barcelona visit
Property was in a good area, about 10 mins from the underground on foot, and a few minutes if on the bus. A few points were less optimal, the kettle blew the fuse to the lights so hot water had to be via microwave, and the master bedroom shutters were broken so remained closed throughout our w/e stay as there was no available maintenance. Check-in staff very friendly, but unable to solve the above issues.

Slightly disappointed but overall ok.
The pictures of this apartment are not very accurate. The apartment is located in a nice area about a 7 minute walk to the metro and close to a few grocery stores. However we were disappointed that the apartment was missing all the lovely decor that is shows on the pictures. The washing machine was extremely dirty, smelled very bad and we were not able to use it. This was a problem since you only get one set of towels per person. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. One of the nights some neighbors had a loud party that went very late. I emailed the management company and they never responded to my message. When we checked out I mention the loud party and the gentlemen who has very limited English, simply shrugged his shoulders and said it’s not anything he could control. I know he can’t control the neighbors and their actions, a simple apology would have sufficed. I do have to say that the apartment did have a fully equipped kitchen and the size of the apartment is comfortable for 4 people.

Zentral und ruhig gelegen mit ein paar Abstrichen
Das Appartement war ganz ok. Ist leider nicht so hochwertig wie es auf den Bildern aussieht. Allerdings waren wir mit der Abwicklung über die Agentur vor Ort nicht zufrieden. Die Balkontür vom Wohnzimmer lies sich nicht mehr schließen. Nachdem wir reklamiert haben ist genauso wenig passiert wie mit dem Austausch des Toilettendeckels der nur lose auf der Toilette lag. Auf die Bitte uns am Abreisetag ein Taxi zum Flughafen zu bestellen kam nur ein Schulterzucken und die Aussage das würde nicht gehen er könnte nur ein Privattaxi für den doppelten Preis bestellen. Rundum das Appartement ok die vor Ort Agentur eine Katastrophe.

muy bien situado, apartamento muy recomendable
Muy bien situado, auqnue muy dificil aparcar. MUy recomendable alquilar parking justo en el edificio por solo 20 euros dia. El partamento bien en general, limpio, los muebles en buen estado. Estancia agradable y comoda.
