We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! When we arrived early in the morning, they kindly had one of our rooms ready for us, which was such a thoughtful touch. While waiting for our second room, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast at their restaurant. By the time we were finished, they sent us a text letting us know our second room was ready. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, which really made us feel at home. The hotel itself has a charming boutique style, yet it offers all the modern amenities you could need. The restaurant is fantastic as well, definitely worth dining in during your visit! We highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a cozy yet luxurious experience.

We have been to a more beautiful hotel in Mexico but the staff at Casa Sagnier elevate it to the top of the list. In particular we would like to mention Melania and Mercedes as they go above what is expected.

This hotel was just fabulous. It was in an amazing location, walkable to so many different sites, restaurants, and shopping. The staff were so accommodating and helpful. The restaurant is so nice and it’s a great spot. I would go back again and again.

Hotel Casa Sagnier is in an excellent location, easily accessible and within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. The service and staff were amazing as well. I took one star off because although I had a great experience, I do think that there are hotels that are just as nice but cost far less
