The 80 m² holiday flat is located on the second floor of a five storey residential building in an enclosed housing complex only a stone's throw from the coast, the harbour and the station in Sant Andreu de Llavaneres. The house was last renovated in 2013 and can accommodate up to six people.

The balcony can be accessed from the living room. The balcony is furnished with a table and chairs and an awning and offers views of the community pool.
