This cozy apartment is located on the Gran Via, next to Plaza España and the Fira of Barcelona.

Its location is excellent for those traveling for both business and pleasure, as from here you can move to the main attractions in few minutes.

You can visit the Plaza España, Castle of Montjuic, the Poble Espanyol, La Fira de Barcelona and many other places just taking a walk.

The Passeig de Gràcia, Las Ramblas, the Gothic Quarter and Plaça Catalunya are 25 minutes walk away or 10 minutes if you prefer to use the subway or bus.

The subway is just 500 meters away and a few meters from the apartment you`ll find also several bus lines that can take you everywhere.

The apartment has been completely renovated and all you'll find on it is new.

The apartment has two double bedrooms.

The first one has a large double bed and a huge wardrobe. The second has two very comfortable single beds.

The views of Gran Via from the master bedroom and living room are very beautiful.

The lounge area has a large table for six, a spacious sofa that can accommodate up to 4 people and a couple of armchairs.

The sofa is convertible into a comfortable double bed, so the apartment can accommodate up to 6 people.

The vacation had same defects and was partly dirty. f.e. bathroom, dishwasher, no cutlery available. Vacation near bus stop, cafes, shops.

Shabby and dilapidated
Didn't match up to the listing. A lot of the fixtures and fittings are broken or in poor condition, including a broken light switch, a plug socket hanging off the wall, which is dangerous. Some window shutters didn't work. The shower cubicle is mouldy and full of thick limescale and the vanity unit is falling apart. The toilet was also constantly running which was noisy and wasting a lot of water, which is terrible given the drought in Barcelona. The walls had dirt marks and scuffs all over them. The flat hadn't been cleaned properly for a long time as there was dust and cobwebs everywhere and in the kitchen we found a stale half-eaten baguette in one of the cupboards. It seemed like all that had been done was a change of bedding The dishwasher was not working while we stayed here. There was no washing up liquid provided either. We contacted the host about this but didn't receive a response. The kitchen is also quite poorly equipped with no chopping knife, chopping board, wooden spoons or spatula etc. There is only one very large saucepan and two frying pans. The lack of equipment makes it hard to prepare even a basic meal such as sandwiches, which partly defeats the purpose of staying in a flat. On the plus side the flat is quite spacious and in a good location with bus stops very close by and the Metro station a ten minute walk away, although there is a lot of traffic noise In conclusion the property needs a significant amount of work doing to bring it up to standard.

Bare Minimum
Location was good for Barcelona activities. Apartment was the bare minimum of everything. Outdated. It worked out ok for a couple of days. Suggestions to improve would include working shades on the windows (not very private for other apartments directly across the street), a shower caddy for the extremely small shower (not even a place for a bar of soap) and better communication with owner or management company. We were uncertain on how to access the unit up to the very time we arrived at the apartment.

Super déçu pour le prix de 5 nuits hyper bruyantes
1)Dès notre arrivée, pas de places de parking je me suis garé à l’arrache à côté de l’immeuble assez vieux. ascenseur en panne, nous avons dû monter les valises à pieds... 2) photos non conformes à l’annonce avec un appartement plus que médiocre, des lumières en panne, un micro onde qui ne marchait pas, des murs et peintures usées et ménage compris dans le prix mal fait... 3) des nuits horribles avec un bruit du voisinage constant et le bruit des voitures et de l’avenue Gran Via avec des camions poubelles qui vous réveillent à 5H du matin... appartement très très mal insonorisé... Le pire c’est le manque de places pour se garer... Le seul point positif est l’emplacement et encore... à proximité des grands axes et du centre commercial « las arenas »et « le montguïc » pour une famille qui souhaite des vacances dans le calme et le confort, je déconseille fortement cet appartement!!!

Appartement correct, mais peut mieux faire....
La localisation est parfaite, à proximité des transports et des commerces au pied de l'immeuble, mais donne sur un boulevard (6 voies de circulation) très fréquenté de jour comme de nuit. Heureusement la clim permet de garder les fenêtres fermées. Concernant les équipements, il manque des éléments basiques (éponge, torchon, lessive, produit lave vaisselle et de l'épicerie courante). Les murs (blancs) sont sales et auraient bien besoin d'être repeints. Le ménage à l'arrivée était très succinct. La salle de bain mériterait aussi un coup de neuf : le meuble sous vasque est en piteux état, tout comme la paroi de douche et l'abattant des WC qui est cassé. Le grille pain est inutilisable et fait disjoncter l'armoire électrique. Néanmoins pas de quoi nous empêcher de passer un bon séjour, mais de changements seraient les bienvenus.

My friends and I were looking for a flat to stay that was clean, central and affordable. Dani's place was exactly that and more. Great Place, exactly as shown in pictures and as described, location is near the metro and convenient to get around, there are many shops near the place and no lack of things to buy! Dani was very easy to get in touch with and made our move in quick and easy. We had a great time, thank you!

Great location and staff. Inga was there to meet us and show us around. With my luck the elevator was not working until I had carried the luggage up. Then it worked fine for the rest of the week. Very close to stores and restaurants which made life easier. On arrival one of the keys did not work,but an e mail to Dani and by noon the next day we had a new key. Good service. Dani evan organized a cab to tske us to the cruise port. Thanks.

Pasamos unos días increíbles en Barcelona, la estancia en el departamento fue muy agradable, la única pega si es que se puede llamar así, es la del ascensor que es pequeño, para gente con carro de niños, hay q cerrarlo cada vez que subes o bajas y se hace algo incómodo, pero por todo lo demás increíble, muy lindo y acogedor, aparte la ubicación es muy buena para ir a todos lados, cerca de todo lo que puedes necesitar y cerca de lugares por conocer, Dani muy amable en todo momento, lo dicho recomendable 100%

The apartment is in a convenient location, clean, and great size for up to 4 people. I would recommend this to people who are attending the convention at Fira (GranVia or Fira Barcelona). It is in walking distance though not very near but walkable on a nice day.

Great Property, excellent experience with owner. Host was very responsive, and very helpful when the French Air strike occurred and our flight was delayed, preventing us from arriving until 1 am. As other reviewers have mentioned, you can hear road noise, but this did not impact us, as we are used to the poor construction standards in London, so actually seemed quieter. Showers were tricky, but as long as you kept them quick and not too hot, we were able to get 2 adults and 4 kids cleaned up with minimal fuss. Location was great for the price of the rental. Bus stops very close. We figured for us it was cheaper to use the T-10 tickets, so we would walk the half mile to the Metro station to save money. Excellent food and grocery options in the very near vicinity which is very nice. We would use this property again on our next visit to Barcelona.

The appartment is spacious and well equipped and indeed near the Montjuic Museums, the Plaza Espana/metro, and supermarkets. However, I cannot say that it is a quiet appartment. The Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes is a very busy road and the hum of the traffic can be heard in the sittingroom and the master bedroom. The second, inside bedroom, is quiet. The upstairs neighbour was very noisy and active during the nigth. The other neighbours where quiet. I was glad I brought my earplugs. We had a nice time in Barcelona and our stay in the appartment was satisfactory. My mark a 7 or 3 stars.

Отличная квартира с удобным месторасположением. Находится всего в 5 минутах ходьбы от метро площадь Испании.Отсюда можно удобно добраться на поезде до монастыря Монтсеррат или на прямом автобусе до аэропорта. Вечером очень приятно погулять по расположенному рядом парку Монжуик. Квартира чистая и аккуратная, со всем необходимым для комфортного проживания. Dani очень быстро отвечал на все наши вопросы и в назначенное время нас встретили в квартире.

Dani's apartment was just as advertised and in very clean and comfortable condition. Everything worked properly and we had no issues with any appliances. During our stay the weather in Barcelona was really warm so the superbly functioning air condition really saved us. We couldn't hear any noise from the busy street so no need to worry about that. Right downstairs there were really good markets for all our needs and the location suited us perfectly. We can warmly recommend this apartment.

The apartment - good size, comfortable for 5-6 people. Very clean and sufficiently equipped. The unit is accessible via a small elevator (fits 3 persons at one go). Location - 10-15min walk to Plaza Espanya, 25min walk to Fira Montjuic, and there are many buses plying the Gran Via des les Corts Catalan Plaza Espanya route, so this is a good option for those who are not partial to walking. Neighbourhood - plenty of small grocerie shops / supermarkets, cafes and restaurants nearby. Try the rotisserie nearby (walk towards Plaza Espanya, the shop is around 3min walk from the apartment, at a corner on the left) for a wide selection of roasted meats and sides. The bakery right outside (across the lane from the apartment) sells fresh bread everyday from 7am.
