Located in the heart of Vilassar de Dalt, a picturesque village in the Maresme region just 20 kilometres from Barcelona, this beautifully restored 19th-century house offers a perfect retreat. Enjoy the Mediterranean climate, savour local cuisine, and immerse yourself in the area’s natural beauty—all while experiencing authentic Catalan culture.

This is a self-catering holiday rental. We provide initial supplies to get you started, and any additional items can be purchased at the local grocery store.

This unique home, once a textile factory with sections dating back to the 17th century, is situated right in the village’s main square. While you’ll be at the centre of local life, the property remains peaceful and secluded. Step inside, and the only sounds you’ll hear are birds singing and the occasional toll of the 16th-century church bell nearby.


•House Layout & Features
•Ground Floor: A spacious bedroom with two double beds (180x200 cm and
160x200 cm) and a sofa bed (160x200 cm). Ceiling fans are provided for comfort.
•First Floor: An open-plan living and kitchen area with views of the pool, equipped
with air conditioning and a ceiling fan. From here, a short outdoor passage leads to
a second double bedroom with a pedestal fan.
•Bathroom & Laundry: Located between the ground and first floors, with direct
access to the private pool area, which features a BBQ, table, and chairs—perfect for
relaxing outdoors.
•Historical Charm: The upstairs bedroom has been preserved in its original 17th- century state, adding to the home’s unique character.

•Pool
•The pool is not heated and is not deep enough for diving headfirst, but it is perfect
for cooling off and enjoying a refreshing swim on hot days.

•All rooms have central heating, and the windows are double-glazed for comfort in
all seasons.

•Important Notes.

•Children must be supervised at all times, as the outdoor stairs do not have security
railings.
•The house has multiple levels with stairs, which may not be suitable for those with
limited mobility.

•No pets allowed.
