The main entrance opens to a living and dining room and to the 15 sqm terrace. A fully equipped kitchen with a bright dining area with views to the sea is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast. Next to the kitchen, a launderette with washing and dryer machine. In the same floor, 3 double bedrooms full of natural daylight and 2 bathrooms with showers.
On the upper level, a master bedroom, with a natural tiles’ stone bathroom with shower, and an office opens to a 30 sqm private terrace.
Modern and elegant with details of good taste where art elements are been carefully chosen; wooden floors cover the spaces giving a touch of warmth; tall windows let in plenty of natural sunlight in all spaces; splashes of colour take the form of pretty pieces of art carefully selected.
This ideal family holiday duplex also offers access to 2 communal swimming pools and garden area. Located only 10 minutes walking from the sandy beaches of Sant Andreu de Llavaneres and Sant Vicenç de Montalt and in front of the marina Port Balis where to enjoy the local food restaurants as well as night life options.
