Our stay at Chic&Basic Born Hotel was great. The receptionist was friendly and gave great food recommendations. The room was just as pictured, and housekeeping and fresh towels were provided daily. The location was surrounded by many shops and restaurants, and walking distance to the Arc de Triomf and different neighborhoods. I would stay here again!

Not only the área was safe but all the staff were always willing to help and giving directions and sugestións on where to go, what and how to get there. 24 hrs receptionist available is a most. Definetly my first choice in the El Born neighborhood. Special thanks to Male and Alfa and the other girl at the reception!

I have stayed several times at this Chic&Basic Location, the location is very convenient and we love that is not right on the touristy part of the city. The room needed a bit of repairs on restroom wise, some light fixtures out of place and the shower splashes onto the hardwood floor. Otherwise we strongly recommend this hotel as it is close to some of our favorite restaurants.
