We were advised of a "late" charge fee which was not present when first placing the booking on Expedia. However, after booking the charges were added to the listing description, however after contacting the company we were advise we should not pay this fee as it was added afterwards. The house is situated in a one way street. It extremely difficult to get to by car and there is absolutely no parking available anywhere near the house. All the parking spots are taken by about 6pm so if you arrive late then you wont have anywhere to park. You can enter the house from the front or back however both roads are one way streets and very narrow (again no parking). The back entrance is situated on a very steep hill so you cannot have your luggage on the footpath or it will end up at the bottom of the road.The house itself was clean however the washing machine broke after 2 uses and the ground floor shower door was broken upon arrival. Even though there are 2 bathrooms you can only use 1 shower at a time as the boiler is no strong enough to handle both at the same time (water temp changes constantly). The house no Air Conditioning and this was a major downfall as we had children and the fans provided weren't enough for everyone. If you are going to Barcelona, I would highly recommend getting a property with Air Conditioning (you will regret it). House has steep stairs both in the patio area as well as the main stairs inside. The freezer could not freeze ice, its likely to break soon.
