THE SPACE:
This Catalan villa called Ca Nostra has a private pool and a big garden with chill-out area and BBQ. Located walking distance from our fantastic Gavà beach, it is a perfect option for a family or a group of adult friends. The villa is located in Gavà Mar, near the airport of Barcelona and only 25 minutes from Barcelona center. The best to enjoy beach and city-life.Coming by car? There is parking space inside the property.

The house has a capacity for up to 13 people distributed in 5 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: 1 Double bed
Bedroom 2: 1 Double bed
Bedroom 3: 1 Bunk bed
Bedroom 4: 2 Single beds
Bedroom 5: 1 Single bed

2 Sofa bed (double)- one in second floor and one in the living room downstairs

All the bedrooms have storage space.

Fans and heaters are available in each room.

AC and heating in the living room, kitchen and hall of second floor

2 Full Bathrooms ( 1 with WC and bathub in the second floor + 1 with WC and shower downstairs)

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
Gavá Mar is a residential beach area 20m drive from Barcelona; it is away from the packed beaches of the big cities, but you are still within driving distance.

It borders the coast of the Mediterranean Sea between Viladecans and Castelldefels.
