I like the fact that I did a lot of walking found the Venues to be close by: Some several miles; I don’t mind walking. The lack of staff present is concerning, my room was facing the street and seemed like every night there was some kind of party going on I think there is a bar on the street adjacent to the hotel; anyways I could hear people talking and laughing well until 2:30 am. Not relaxing. The room was nice but also had almost no shampoo and soap had to ask for it. It is remodeled hotel so it is clean; had continental breakfast I don’t have any not appealing.

We had a lovely stay, great location and spacious and well layout room. Hotel is tastefully decorated with minimal style which we like. Also with great coffee as a bonus!

Absolutely loved our stay at Casa Llimona. The room was beautiful and spacious, with a long size bed that felt like sleeping on a cloud. Most hotel rooms we’ve stayed at in Europe are quite small, not the case here. The continental breakfast was delicious, but I do recommend you go early to ensure you get a good selection. The area is beautiful, and very walkable with many cafes and restaurants in the area. And as far as value, this was the nicest, and least expensive hotel we stayed at while in Barcelona. We will definitely be back.

Casa Llimona was the best hotel I've been to in Europe. I loved it so much that I'm afraid it might get too popular and become hard to book in the near future. All the staffs were very nice and fluent in English. One of the staffs told me that the hotel building was originally a palace, so most of the rooms had huge terraces. Having a terrace is such a game changer especially when you stay at a hotel - IYKYK. Barcelona was an absolutely beautiful city, but for me Casa Llimona was the most gorgeous part of the entire trip. I would definitely stay here again if I revisit Barcelona. Thank you again for making my trip more pleasant and memorable!

Perfect stay for our trip to Barcelona. This hotel was absolutely stunning & really set the tone for our trip to Spain. The workers are incredibly kind and made sure we knew where everything was and had everything we needed. The rooms were super clean, we honestly felt right at home. The space was gorgeous and gave us plenty of room for 2 people staying in a room together. Bathroom was lovely and the bed was super comfortable. The place offers complimentary breakfast/coffee between 8-10 am which we loved. We noticed on weekend nights the street outside brought people into the streets up until 3AM so it was a bit noisy but wasnt unbearable to sleep with, but just keep that in mind. Weeknights the street was super quiet. If we were to come back to Barcelona we would forsure return, we loved this hotel so much and it really immerses you in the Spanish culture here. Thanks for having us!

The accommodation looks beautiful online and when we arrived we had an easy self check-in. The first impression of the common spaces and our room were lovely but upon closer inspection, realised that the floors weren’t vacuumed or mopped clean, they felt dirty when walking around the room barefoot. The bathroom drain also needed cleaning. We requested a room clean part way though our stay and we came back to a bed made and fresh towels but they left our old towels in the room. The bed and pillows were fine. Wifi was amazing. Complimentary continental breakfast was nice enough and 24 hour coffee machine access would have been nice if the coffee was good and milk was also available. These things sound petty but for the price of the room per night, our expectations were higher than usual. The staff were pleasant enough but not super friendly. Overall an average stay. The best part being the wifi and a very convenient location to walk and catch public transport for ease of getting around Barcelona.

Really wanted to love this hotel but unfortunately the only thing we loved was the aesthetic of the interior and charming building itself Pros: Great location, walkable to shopping, restaurants and markets. Gorgeous interior & rooms Cons: Very noisy, can hear all guests in nearby rooms, water running in pipes, people on the street Breakfast is really just cereal, coffee & toast with spreads; you'll need to go out for breakfast Reception not always manned Bedding was just 1 very thin flat sheet, a throw & a few small fluffly pillows

Beautiful facilities!! Apparently this hotel has been restored keeping the original tile and woodwork yet incorporating modern furniture and fixtures. We had a jr. suite which we absolutely loved!! Wooden doors opened up to a private enclosed balcony. It was facing a busy business hours street but with the tall wooden doors closed it shut out all the noise. The king size bed was divine. Excellent tapas place on the corner. Would definitely stay here again!!! Book it you won’t be sorry!!
