Charming apartment. Started and finished each day on the balcony overlooking the city. Slept extremely well on the comfy bed, very quiet. Everything you need for a lovely stay. Incredible communication and support from Francesco, the host. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful apartment in perfect location
Francesco is a wonderful host who arranged pickup at the airport for us and had his representative ready early to greet us and show us around. The apartment was spotlessly clean, the kitchen well-equipped and the balvony fabulous. We slept wonderfully and were able to enjoy Barcelona easily.

We had a wonderful time, and it is as described. The deck is certainly the star and has fantastic views. We were able to walk to all the spots we wanted to see. The apartment would benefit from some light maintenance, paint etc.

Spectacular Spectacular
We spent 13 nights at Francesco's apartment as the start of our 6 week retirement trip and now are fearful nothing else will compare. Francesco was a wonderful host and we only have great things to say. The apartment was meticulous..well organized..and lovely. The terrace was amazing, as were the views, comfort of the bed, location, Francesco thank you. We will dream of returning and now know that there can never be enough time in Barcelona

Very nice apartment in the heart of Barcelona
The rooftop flat has an amazing view to the Sagrada Familia and to the sea. The location of the building is super, near to the parc, to the old city center, surrounded by many restaurants and shops. Frederico is a very good host, who gives you many information and ideas. THe flat itself is not big, but enough for 4 people, and it was tidy and well equipped. We really enjoyed to be guests here.

Wonderful stay
The location of the apartment was ideal—not in, but near, lots of things to see and do. Francesco is truly a 5 star/premier host! He responded promptly to any and all questions or concerns, and went above and beyond to help us have a wonderful experience in Barcelona, including providing shopping and dining recommendations, negotiated discounts at nearby restaurants, and assisting in any way we needed. We highly recommend this apartment and Francesco as a host!

Excellent penthouse!
Really enjoyed our stay at this apartment, perfect for our family of 3. Everything you need for a relaxing stay is on hand all made better by Francesco who was a great host offering friendly helpful advice to enhance our trip. Central Barcelona Penthouse with amazing view
We stayed in Francescos appartment for 6 nights and were very happy there. Francesco welcomed us with many information on everything concerning the appartment and suggestions of all sorts on what to do in the city--a truly thorough and sympathetic host. The view from the appartment ist spectacular--towards both sides and we always had breakfast there overlooking the city. It is also amazingly central so we went almost everywhere by foot. Apartment was very clean. We loved having a terrace. The kitchen is very nice and well stocked if you want to cook, but I didn’t want to cook! The only thing it lacked was paper goods, like paper towels, napkins, and tissue. The host was very accommodating and gracious. We would recommend this apartment highly.

A Delightful Place to Stay
This penthouse is bright, comfortable and perfect for one or a couple! The location is excellent for exploring Barcelona and experiencing all this fabulous city has to offer. You are within walking distance (15 minutes or less) to so many sites and the beach. Going further afield is easy with public transportation being close by and very efficient. Francesco is a fabulous host, very informative and helpful. The terrace is absolutely amazing with views that can’t be beat. Being a solo traveler, the neighborhood is safe and quiet. I would highly recommend this penthouse and would definitely stay again, given the chance!

Lovely Barcelona Apartment
The two of us had a wonderful time during our 8-day stay in Barcelona. This comfortable and well-equipped apartment has amazing views and is well located in a very walkable city. Although there was some unrest while we were there, it was very easily avoided and we never felt concerned. Francesco is an excellent host, very thoughtful and attentive. Thank you Francesco!

Barcelona Treasure! End your search here...for real.
The location of this apartment could not have been more perfect! The terrace was our absolute favorite - the views are incredible! The accommodations were very comfortable and much more spacious than we imagined. Francesco was an outstanding host. Always available to help with questions via WhatsApp, welcomed us with an array of options of what to do during our time in Barcelona and even invited us down to his apartment to enjoy some Spanish wine and ham with his friends! This find is a true gem. We have already strongly recommended this flat to our friends and plan to stay here again when we are able to return to Barcelona!

Fantastic terrace
Fantastic apartment for the 2 of us with an amazing terrace overlooking the city and the hills to the northwest. Even in February, we had all of our meals on the terrace. There is also a view towards the sea from the large kitchen window. Brilliant communications with Francesco. Well-equipped apartment, very clean and as described. Small elevator plus one set of stairs. Very close to supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. Very close to the Parc de le Ciutadella and the zoo. Easy 15 – 20 minute walk to the beach and the Sagrada Familia. A bit further to the city centre. Easy access to the excellent public transport network including trams, buses, metro and suburban railway. We used a 5 day (120 hour) travel pass which included transfers to and from the airport (by metro only – changing at Torrassa). We also visited Montjuic (castle and Olympic park), Tibidabo (church, amazing views and amusement park) and Parc Guell.

Tolle Dachterrasse mit Blick über Barcelona und mit Sonnenuntergang
Sehr angenehme und sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit großer, schöner Dachterrasse, von der man Blick auf die Sagrada Familia hat. Check-in war sehr unkompliziert und die Ansprechbarkeit von Francesco war jederzeit gegeben. Die Lage fanden wir top - gerade, weil es nicht mitten im touristischen Trubel ist, sondern minimal abseits davon. Trotzdem ist man schnell zu Fuß in den Altstadtvierteln und auch am Strand. Und ganz schnell im schönen Park nebenan. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

Kurzbesuch in Barcelona
2 Tage Barcelona waren natürlich zu kurz um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu besuchen und zu genießen. Wir hatten aber dennoch eine schöne Zeit in Barcelona. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Francesco vor dem Penthouse erwartet. Francesco hatte viele nützliche Informationen für uns parat und war - falls wir Hilfe benötigten - immer für uns per WhatsApp erreichbar. Das Penthouse liegt ideal um viele Sehenswürdigkeiten bereits zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder in dieses Appartment, dann aber ohne Auto. Das Autofahren in Barcelona ist selbst für Großstadt-erfahrene Autofahrer eine Herausforderung.

Ein schönes Apartment in perfekter Lage für ausgiebige Stadterkundungen. Wir hätten hier noch viel länger sein können! Francesco war ein perfekter Gastgeber und hat sich viel Zeit genommen, uns willkommen zu heißen und die notwendigen Dinge zu erklären. Barçelona ist immer wieder eine Reise wert!

What A GREAT Little Place!!!
This apartment was perfect for the two of us to explore Barcelona. We stayed for 7 nights & loved how easy it was to go anywhere in the city. We either walked or very easily hopped on a bus literally a block away to all the sites. (Google maps tells you what buses to take & when.) Two grocery stores were right out the front door; it was so convenient! Restaurants are nearby. We enjoyed morning coffee & evening dinners & drinks out on the deck taking in the views of the city. The apartment had everything we needed & Francesco was very helpful with what to do & where to go in the city. He wants to make your stay the best it can be. There's a washer in the apartment so bring along a couple of detergent pods if you plan on using it. The neighborhood was quiet, the location perfect & the apartment was well stocked. There's wifi & plenty to watch on TV in most languages. Definitely recommended!

Great place, amazing view
We loved our time at this property. It’s very clean and has everything you need. The bed is very comfortable. Francesco is very friendly was always available to answer any questions. The bottle of champagne on arrival was a nice touch. The best part of this place is the amazing rooftop terrace. It’s spacious and the views are incredible (actually better than advertised). Would highly recommend.
