Bon emplacement mais qui pourrait ĆŖtre notĆ© 3 Ć©toiles
BONJOUR Bon emplacement, Ć  30 mn du centre de BARCELONE. 3 MN Ć  pied de la gare.Dans un quartier calme proche de la mer, mais d'une grande route Ć  traverser, non loin d une plage de sable bien amĆ©nagĆ©e mais certainement bondĆ©e l'Ć©tĆ©..c'est la COSTA BRAVA!!!J'ai notĆ© 4 Ć©toiles souhaitant encourager la propriĆ©taire Ć  faire quelques travaux de rafraichissement 2 chambres sur les 3 et de rĆ©novation d'une des salle de bain. Plus particuliĆØrement le chauffe-eau dĆ©suet.Sans rĆ©serve d'au chaude comme il se fait depuis un moment, il est pratiquement impossible de prendre une douche agrĆ©able car impossible de rĆ©gler une tempĆ©rature (pas sĆ»r que ce soit Ć©conomique pour la propriĆ©taire, vu la quantitĆ© d'eau Ć  faire couler). Un dernier bĆ©mol, mĆŖme si bien reƧu par son amie et Ć  l heure, nous avons trouvĆ© le mĆ©nage sol un peu lĆ©ger...NĆ©anmoins bon sĆ©jour, BARCELONE est une bonne destination. Bonne lecture Mr Guy
