La dueña nunca aparecio. Llegamos avisando con antelación y cuando quisimos ponernos en contacto con ella porque no nos recibió nadie para darnos las llaves no contestó ni por llamada ni wpp. Solo conseguimos hablar con ella después de llamar al servicio de atención al cliente, pero después de decir que iba ya a darnos las llaves apagó el teléfono y nunca apareció, toda una estafa. Ahora estamos a la espera de que nos devuelvan el dinero de la reserva.
