569 Beach Apartment with Pool I:
A superb apartment situated in Diagonal Mar with fantastic views and a stone's throw from the beach. This is an ideal location to combine a beach and city break and experience one of the most popular city destinations in Europe.





This beautiful apartment has 2 bedrooms: one double master with great sea views and a twin room, both with spacious built in wardrobes and with access to the large terrace which wraps around the entire apartment. Both bathrooms are finished in neutral tones.

Sit back and relax in the bright and airy living space complete with dining table and a comfortable double sofa-bed that makes the apartments available for 6 people. On a balmy summer evening step out onto the terrace and take in stunning views or the Mediterranean.

The apartment is equipped with everything you may need for a comfortable stay. Includes towels, bed linens, hair dryer, shower gel and shampoo. The kitchen has all the utensils for a quotidian use. You will also find a dishwasher, washing machine and a dryer. There is Wi-Fi internet throughout the apartment.





The apartment is situated in an exclusive complex with a swimming pool and 24 hour security. The area is perfect for those seeking a relaxed Mediterranean break with the beach just on the doorstep and the city center just a few stops away by direct metro line.





The metro station Selva de Mar is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. The area has everything you need for your stay including large shopping center Diagonal Mar with all major high street retailers, a large hypermarket and communal parks and gardens. Nearby is the Port Olimpic district with the Casino and much of Barcelona´s nightlife.The International Convention Centre CCIB and Parc del Forum, home place for many of the city´s major music festivals and corporate events is few hundred meters away.

Check out before 11:00.

We will always attempt to accommodate early arrivals and late departures, but this will depend on previous/following bookings and have additional costs.

Kindly note that check-ins after 9 p.m. have an extra cost: Check-ins between 9 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. have an extra charge of 30€.

Please, make sure you give us a call 30 minutes before you get to the apartment.







HOUSE RULES:

Clients are committed to act with the utmost courtesy and respect towards neighbors and other apartment building residents.

Loud noise after 10 p.m. and general acts of disrespect will not be tolerated as well as complaints. Parties of any nature are strictly prohibited.

The non-fulfillment of any of these norms may result in penalties from extra charges of 84€ to the immediate expulsion of the clients from the apartment without reimbursement and without the right to claim any type of compensation.

The client is expected to leave the apartment in reasonable conditions for cleaning, in the same way the apartment was found on the arrival day. If any of these conditions are not satisfied, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee.







IMPORTANT NOTICE: Only families and groups of people 30 years old are accepted.

Public parking available on request for 20€ per night.

Electric scooters available under request.



The Tourist Tax must be paid upon arrival, it’s mandatory for all guests older than 16 years old, only applicable to the first 7 nights.

Swimming pool opens in summer only. Closures are subject to change based on weather and maintenance.

Beautiful newly renovated apartment
My family of four spent a week here and we had an excellent stay. The apartment is either new or newly renovated and is actually just as nice as the photos. Its a spacious clean city apartment with a large common pool. There are plenty of local restaurants and its about an hour walk or a short taxi ride to the center of town. The beach is just a short walk and visible from the large patio. My only suggestion is to get rid of the electronic lock. Its a good idea but it didnt always work to get in and out of the building. The host provided a second key for the front door which was very useful.
