The nice loggia in front of the apartment gives shelter and protection from summer heat, thus permitting you to enjoy the superb landscape of the surrounding valley and hills.

The wide lounge has a terracotta glazed floor and a comfortable table. The ceiling with wooden beams and bricks is typical of the old Tuscan farmhouses. The fully equipped kitchen is on the left of the main door.

Through a corridor you reach a bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Even in these rooms the ceiling has wooden beams and bricks and the wide window of the bedroom offers a breath-keeping view.

From the double bedroom, a second corridor leads to the second double bedroom and the second bathroom with shower. The bedroom has direct access to a private terrace.

The apartment has DVD and CD players, Sat TV, Internet WI-FI and a cot (on request).
