Interior:
The villa is on two floors. In a wing of the ground floor, with independent access, there is the loft (unheated) divided into an open space kitchen, dining room and living area. Also on this floor there is a relaxation area (not heated) with a Turkish bath with shower, service bathroom and comfortable loungers to spend pleasant moments of well-being for the body and mind. The first floor, which is accessed via a stone staircase, is divided into two wings, one wing consists of a living room with dining area, large fireplace and kitchen, two double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with tub and a room laundry. The other wing consists of a reading room and two double bedrooms (with divisible bed) with shared bathroom with bathtub. Also on the first floor, but with access from the outside via a stone staircase, there is a double bedroom (not heated) with en-suite bathroom with shower. Park:
