"The villa has a great location and the views are breathtaking. However, the service was not up to par. No one received us and no one saw us out. Villa was dusty, especially the beds and bed sheets. Some amenities were missing. Villa is somewhat rundown and needs work. It is mentioned on the website that it can take up to 12 people, but it cannot take more than 10. "The property is right on Barbati beach which was 50m walk from our door. The staff were amazing, we also extended our stay and they were most accommodating. Its about 10 minutes to ipsos where there are countless restaurants and bars. Supermarkets are everywhere, scooter hire as well. Planning to return in the near future. "
