"The cabin itself was nice, spacious and clean and for the most part well equipped. Didn’t see the restaurant or shop open at any point. Reception not manned and always had to phone if needed assistance. Limited welcome/explanation of site or how things work on arrival. "Because of language, took time before I entered, the room was excellent for the price and was right in town. There was no kettle, I missed that. It was February and in the 20s degrees. Breakfast was in a cafe 5 minutes away 3.5€. 8 minutes walking from the train station. 4.80€ to Alicante by train. Nice place to stop, very Spanish. "

"No idea how this has a 3 star rating - run down dirty hotel tried to give us a room that had not been cleaned so changed it. We booked for 5 of us - 2 rooms but room was twin and double had to pay extra for extra bed. "Our room was large with a big bathroom. A lot of the floor tiles were however cracked and the lighting was poor. In fact a standard light didn't work. Wifi was fine and breakfast was good. The main negative was that the gym was closed for refurbishment - this really should have been advertised whilst completing the booking. Access to Elche by foot was excellent."
