"Had a fabulous time. Tommaso was great, and the place was great - complimentary wine alongside cakes baked by Tommaso's mother made it all the greater. Loads to visit in the area too - quite stunning scenery around there that i hadn't appreciated was the case. So, yes, all in all, great. In fact i wish I were still there...."

"The villa and the grounds are wonderful, and the views are enchanting. We had a great time at Villa Staffieri as a multi-generational family of 8. Clearly a lot of thought and love has gone into the house. The village is an easy walking distance and it has a grocery store, cafe, a park with a plauground. The local pizzeria was unfortunately close while we were there, but it's set to re-open in August. There are several restaurants and pizzerias, as well as supermarkets, within short driving...

"Cristiano war ein sehr entspannter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber! Das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig, perfekt für eine kleine Reise mit mehreren Leuten. Avenale ist ein schöner und ruhiger Ort. Das Internet war nicht besonders schnell, war aber in Ordnung. Zum Einkaufen fährt man gut und gerne 30 Minuten, kann aber auch in dem kleinen Laden nebenan einkaufen. Vielen Dank, Cristiano... "Wir waren mit 25 Personen in dem tollen Haus in Fano. Da das Haus so viele tolle Möglichkeiten zum Zeitvertreib bietet, gab es die ersten Tage kaum den Drang, es zu verlassen. Besonders schön fanden wir den Pool, die Terrasse und die Tischtennisplatte. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war hervorragend und sehr wertschätzend. "The owners were friendly and welcoming and offered great advice and help. The property was in a very good condition with stunning views from the lower veranda and pool area. We were very happy with our stay, the only thing to catch us out is that we didn’t realise there was no internal access between the upper flat and the lower flat, which resulted in us only benefiting from the downstairs area as there was only 5 of us. But overall we were very happy here."

"First let me say. I thought I was getting the whole villa, but only the middle section was what was on offer. Which is still very big for 5 people as the rooms are large and roomy and very very clean. The owner lives in the basement and the top floor. Wij hadden geluk dat onze buren geen gebruik maakten van het zwembad maar als dat wel zo was geweest waren er veel te weinig stoelen en ligbedden aanwezig! "Einwandfreie und problemlose Kommunikation mit Barbara (spricht Italienisch und Englisch). Sehr freundlich. Check-in um 16:00 Uhr ohne Probleme und völlig unkompliziert. Sehr ruhig mitten in der Campagna gelegen (3/4 Häuser in der Umgebung, sonst nichts). 5-7 Minuten mit dem Auto bis Fossombrone, wo alles vorhanden ist: Supermärkte, Restaurants, Wochenmarkt (immer montags). Bis nach Fano zum (Sand-) Strand sind es mit dem Auto knapp 30 Minuten. Es gibt sogar einen eigenen Hunde-Strand. Liegen...

"Beautiful Villa in a spectacular setting. Very well equipped and comfortable. The pool was enjoyed by all our group. The restaurant at the end of the road was good as was the small bar and shop in the village. Jesi, Singhallia and the local caves at Genga all worth a visit. Very pretty hillside towns within a short distance from the Villa. A perfect place for a relaxing, tranquil holiday."
