"Titti was the best host! The accommodations were excellent and the location was great! It is close to the Metro and the port, and anything else you might want to see. Only thing is that the city is crawling with pickpockets that want to pick your pockets, which isn't a knock on the property but the city of Napoli itself. FIVE stars for Dona Lena Relais!!! Negative stars for Maradonaville, I mean Napoli. But STAY HERE if you must subjugate yourself to this city."

"Cloister Inn was a pleasant stay in such a busy city. The rooms were recently renovated and the bathroom had a modern shower. It was located on the 2nd floor so a bit away outside noise but it is located in a vibrant area so we could still hear some at night. The AC worked great and we were in a very convenient location. The host is very responsive and gave a lot of recommendations for the city. "

"Biagio is the person who makes this place incredible! His hospitality is perfection. If you are planning a trip to the Amalfi or Naples I would highly recommend. Great location with local shops and amenities in a safe location in Naples, within 20 min walk of the ferry terminals which get you to the Amalfi in approx 1.5 hours. The hotel is clean and tidy and the room is well equipped. Highly recommend, we hope to return soon! "
