"It was a very bad experience to start with staff was rude, food wasn't upto the mark, heaters weren't on all time, n major turn off was that we were standing out in snow n no 1 was opening door around 12 am ."

Small Rooms but excellent property

"The rooms are too small for even a couple & a child but otherwise, spotlessly clean. Overall hospitality needs an uplift as I found the staff a little 'crude'. The warmth that we are used to in the Indian hospitality industry was nowhere to be seen but functional for sure."
