We offer a stylishly furnished holiday apartment in a timber-framed farm in Bara, 4km to the east of Malmö. The detached building was newly built in 2006 in an old style.
The terrace with garden furniture, a grill and two garden loungers also affords an open view of the hilly landscape. There is a parking space right in front of the door. Modern bicycles are available for hire.
The small and cosy 35m² Eagle apartment is in one of the three wings of the farm, with an open view of a hilly landscape. You can relax and enjoy a comfortable stay. It has a sleeping corner with a bunk bed for two people (with an extra-wide lower bed 120cm), a sofa bed for two people, satellite TV, a DVD player, an iPhone/iPod music docking station, free 8MB wireless Internet access, a dining space and underfloor heating. The kitchen unit is equipped with a two-ring hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and all standard utensils. The bathroom has a shower, WC, underfloor heating, a hairdryer and an illuminated mirror.
The location ensures ideal conditions for a leisurely or active holiday. There are forests, fields and lakes in the immediate vicinity, within 2km. It is an optimal location, close to beautiful beaches, towns, forests and animal parks, castles and golf courses, all within 10-60 minutes by car. It is 1km to the centre of Bara with a pizzeria, a grocery shop and an outdoor pool. You can visit Torup Castle a five-minute drive away and the adjoining dreamy beech forest with a range of hiking trails. Take the time to go on a trip to Sweden’s most beautiful beaches (10-40 mins. by car). You can stroll between the dunes or enjoy the sun to the full right on the beach. You can also visit the nearby Viking village. If you would like to experience elk then go on a trip to the elk park in Småland. Discover a variety of golf courses in the Skåne area, where there are up to 20 golf courses within a radius of 30km. The PGA National Sweden golf course is just 2km from the apartment. If you prefer to explore towns, you can choose between Malmö, Lund, Ystad, Helsingborg, Copenhagen, Simrishamn, Åhus.
The other two wings of the house are occupied by the owners, who are happy to provide advice and information.
