Located behind one of Bar Harbor's most unique stores, A Little Mad Shop, enjoy browsing an eclectic selection of goods from local and global artisans before heading out. You'll be within an easy walk of all the best Bar Harbor offers, from the bustling waterfront, restaurants, and shopping. Acadia National Park is only a mile away where you can bike, hike, and camp amid pristine lakes and views of jagged coastlines. Once home, the mighty kitchenette comes equipped with a suite of mid-size appliances, including a stove/oven and all the utensils needed for home cooking. Wall-mounted mini-split air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer offer in-home comfort and modern convenience. After the day's adventures, unwind with your favorite shows and movies on the living room smart TV.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Great stay!
Wonderful location in Bar Harbor. On a quiet side street within walking distance to restaurants and harbor. Also a short drive to Acadia. Rental was clean, and was equipped with everything we needed. Having off street parking was a huge bonus. It was a pleasure meeting the owner in their lovely shop in front of the rental. Very friendly and helpful with lunch recommendations. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Location
A Little Mad Stay is in a great location. Easy access to all the shops and restaurants and Bar Island. Not to far from the bus into the park. Very clean. Nice front porch to read and have a glass of wine. Highly recommend.

Cutest place in Bar Harbor
Right in the heart of bar harbor. You are a stone’s throw from the water,restaurants, shopping and Acadia park. Place has 2 nice bedrooms, plenty of towels, shampoo, soap and toiletries. Sits immediately behind a shop with full kitchen and living room. 2 BR upstairs and quiet. Very nice stay in this beautiful town.

Mad about A Mad Little Stay
Wonderful place in a convenient location to walk just about anywhere in town. Hosts Joline and Patrick were awesome - very friendly and accommodating. You also have to visit their shop downstairs!

A Little Mad Stay was amazing
Location was perfect! We could walk to just about anywhere in just a few minutes. Having an assigned parking space was a plus, parking was scarce downtown. Space was great for 4 people. Clean and comfortable. Management company was quick to reply if we had any questions. People in the gift store were friendly. Location is just a few minutes drive to the national park. A day at the park is a must. Would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay there again. We had a fabulous 4 day stay!

Amazing location, impeccably clean - really can’t beat the hospitality. Can’t express enough how perfect the location is. To be walking distance from everything in Bar Harbor (bike rentals, restaurants, ocean tour docks, etc) was huge value for us - we have 4 young kids, age 1-8. We could literally walk back from most dinner spots to change the little guy’s diaper! Acadia access was basically right down the road, took a short walk to a few different shuttles (including a bike shuttle which runs in the summer) as well as drove ourselves a couple times. All said - very much recommend!

Perfect downtown bar harbor spot!
This place is super walkable to bar harbor restaurants and greens, there is free parking, we were able to do laundry, quality shampoo and conditioner were provided AND the owner gave us a 50 dollar gift card to their shop onsite which we used to purchase a painting to commemorate our trip to Maine!

Amazing apt in a perfect location
This apartment was in the perfect part of Bar Harbour! It’s in walking distance to absolutely everything yet still quiet at night. The apartment’s cleanliness far exceeded my expectations and the beds were surprisingly nice. Having both a reserved parking spot and personal washer/dryer machine were 2 of the best perks! We would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone!
