"Tamar at reception is a great host and representative of the hotel. Large rooms and shower space. Beautiful pool and spa area. Breakfast is worth waking up and to die for. Highly recommend. Great location right of the rail line and near Ben Yehudah St. Plenty of food, coffee shops and sites nearby. A+"

"We have stayed at this hotel many times and we have never been disappointed. When you arrive they say “Welcome Home” and they are right. The service is excellent and everyone cannot do enough to make your stay comfortable including Sami in the morning doing artwork in the cappuccino foam. We have rarely made a request even at the last minute that they could not accommodate. I would urge anyone coming to Jerusalem for the first or 20th time to stay here."
