"The hotel manager and employees are not doing their jobs. No towels changed in the room even if we left the dirty ones on the floor, the hotel manager or any employee didn't know how the room safe worked, the fridge in the room wasn’t working and was replaced just the last day. Even so re s we, when we complained the hotel manager said it was our fault. All other people at the hotel were paying much less because they didn’t book through Expedia. The hotel manager said that they couldn’t adjust...

"Gorgeous space. The inside of the hotel has to be beautiful ~ it is on a switchback and there is no outdoor area. Just in front of the hotel are a bunch of recycling bins which are ugly. The staff and service was excellent. Breakfast amazing. The room was too hot; the bed was pretty hard. Thankfully had good pillows. Overall I liked my stay. I wish I could have slept better. "

"We stayed at Hotel Val de Ruda for eight nights to ski and experience the region. The hotel staff was exceptional; friendly, professional, going above and beyond to see that we had a pleasant, relaxing stay. When a larger room opened, Inma offered it to us for the remainder of our stay. Melania and the entire dining staff made sure we tasted the traditional liqueurs and dishes of the Valley.
