"We came with our adult daughters and two small (2 & just 4 year old) grandsons. It is a visually attractive home, 3 levels, stair gates included, gated pool and plenty of places to sit and relax. Ample room for the children to play outside and adults to relax. A 5 minute walk away to a well stacked Agromart and numerous other food stores , bus stops and tram stop. Easy short bus journey to Port Soller, hiking trails, or Botanical gardens. "

"Can Fabiol is an attractive little house set in a beautiful location with the mountains soaring above the property and the lovely town of Soller below in the valley. It is very tranquil, with just the sound of cockerels crowing to each other up and down the valley and the bells of the cathedral chiming the hour. The accommodation is fairly basic but the patio and small pool provide a very pleasant space to enjoy the sunshine and scenery. Highly recommended!"

"All was great and we all had a wonderful time! The home was clean and as listed so no I wanted surprises which was wonderful. The only thing I would say is that the internet wasn’t the best, but they do have it. I depended where you were in the house or outside. The TVs didn’t seem to have channels to watch really but in fairness it may have been us that couldn’t figure it out. Over all a well enjoyable place to have a vacation! "

"What a gorgeous time we had at Maria's beautiful house. It really is a stunning location with so many lovely areas to sit and relax. The decoration is classic and timeless. The outside is very calming and we all enjoyed swimming and playing in the pool. Breakfast on the terrace looking over the orange grove was a highlight. We were sent email asking to keep windows & doors shut to avoid use of aircon This suggests air con was provided. There were mediocre fans provided - noisy & not fit for purpose. Kitchen old. "I stayed here with 8 of my friends and we had the most amazing time! The house itself has everything you wanted and the location and proximity to the beach was amazing! Communication with Alumdena was great and she really went over and above for us which made the service feel like we were staying in a 5 star resort! Highly recommend and I would def stay again! "

"Ten adults of retirement age. One of our party has limited ability. This property with a ground floor bedroom with walk in shower was ideal. HOWEVER, although the said bedroom/bathroom WAS on the ground floor, you still had to climb a set of stairs turn left to access this bedroom and then go down a set of stairs, this was NOT ideal.
