"We made happy memories over a cold January weekend. We cooked together, sat around the fire, played games and dozed in comfortable beds with high quality linens. We enjoyed the view of the water and the twinkling lights on the property at night. The steam shower was divine. If you like cooking, bring good knives, a veggie peeler and good pans. Plenty of glassware and dishes and some cookware provided. "

"Our weekend stay here was absolutely amazing. The house was spotless and had all the conveniences of home. The owner was quick to respond to any questions that we had. The hot tub was absolutely a selling point for us. We were so relaxed in this spacious house from the fully stocked kitchen, to the bathrobes, to the Awesome outside, screened in porch. The kids had a blast in the basement with ping pong, and the games stocked in the closet. I would love to come back in the spring and summer to...

"We had a friend group boardgaming weekend and this was perfect for our purposes. The table was large enough for our biggest games and the pool table doubled as a backup playing space. The race cars are a nice touch of whimsy too :-) Our only suggestion would be to replace the oversized, too-low chandelier over the table but really only a minor thing."

"Our family's stay at Helen and Richie's property for the holidays was perfect. Waking up to views of the lake every morning, watching flocks of birds travel on the water and being surrounded by nature was all we could ask for. The house has all amenities provided in the kitchen, bathrooms etc. Location is convenient near shops, grocery, and restaurants in New Fairfield. The hosts were very responsive in communication and I appreciated them providing everything we needed. "
