We had a LED light shining in our room and no way to block it. When we got there no toilet paper or coffee and they didn't run the cleaner on carpet lots of party sprinkles all over it. Outside light on deck didn't work. Everything else ok but needs some attention. You can walk to just about anywhere you have to go for food and hiking. Paid for clean room and good night sleep and didn't get either !!!

This property far exceeded my expectations!! Very clean and quiet close to every attraction on Beech Mountain!! The pool area/ arcade was great for when we had some down time and weather wasn't cooperating!! I will definitely recommend anyone to check out the Pinnacle Resort and will be back in the future for my next ski trips. It truly was a pleasure to stay there!!

Great Place!
This was exactly what we needed, the place was cozy and welcoming. Very clean, and provided all we needed for a great stay. We loved the pool, hot tub, and the game area!
