This top floor unit at Sugar Ski and Country Club has long range mountain view overlooking Oma’s Meadow ski lift.

This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is completely remodeled.. The kitchen is stocked with all your essential needs.

We are the only slope side complex on the mountain with walkout skiing. From this unit you can watch the skiers unload from the Oma’s Meadow chairlift. Check Sugar Mountain Ski Resort for slope and lift information. Be sure to check the forecast, in inclement weather 4-wheel drive or chains are advised.

We had an amazing stay at Karen’s property. The view was amazing and the condo was clean. Karen made the check in process very easy and was very easy to contact. If we come back to Sugar Mountain, we would stay here again!

My family and I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The ski-in/ski-out accessibility exceeded my expectations, and the apartment was not only well-maintained but also better than anticipated. Beautiful newly renovated boho unit slope side
We so enjoyed our 3 day stay at this lodge that was located slope side on Sugar Mountain. The newly renovated unit was decorated beautifully and was so comfy and perfect for our family trip. We enjoyed watching skiers come off the lift and the snowfall in the evening. We would love to stay here again someday.

You can't beat the location, If you are going to Sugar Mountain to ski. Time saved and no parking issues. The only negative is if you have beginners. The slope you ski down is a blue. We stayed here 2 times with in 30 days. Driving to restaurants are 10-15 minutes. You really cant beat the location and the condo was clean and setup perfectly. We had 2 queen beds. Which was perfect.

Great Ski In and Ski Out
Perfect location on Sugar Mountain. Ski in and ski out was fantastic. They even had a ski closet with a lock in the hallway to keep your equipment. The condo was clean, cozy and all the appliances, we needed. We loved the hot water kettle and the wine fridge. We enjoyed having a wood burning fireplace after a long, cold day of skiing. It was 5 minutes from the grocery store, restaurants and shops. Would stay here again!

Great little condo on top of Sugar Mt. Perfect location for skiing in and out. Recently updated, cozy and nicely kept. The hallway drop zone and ski closet were perfect for changing in and out of ski gear.

Amazing location, very clean and super cute. We didn’t have snow so we explored the area and found lots to keep us occupied. Karen was wonderful in suggesting things to do and places to eat. Would stay again!

Ski getaway
Booked this place for our family of 4 ski getaway. We don't have anything to complain about here. We are a pretty simple, and easy going family so this place was perfect for us! The owner was very quick to respond to any questions I had prior to, and during our stay. They emailed me very detailed info with directions, and how exactly to find the condo. We had the front gate code, and condo door code before arrival. The condo is on the top floor which I loved, because there was no one above us. The hallway leading up to the condo door had benches, plastic mats for wet boots when coming in from skiing, and hooks on the wall for ski gear. Right outside the condo door was a ski gear closet. That hallway, and ski closet was a great touch to this place, and so convenient for getting ready and coming in from skiing. This may seem minor to some but they had several hooks on the walls inside the condo which was great for hanging more ski stuff. The inside was very clean, no weird smells, nicely decorated, fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds, sofas, clean bathrooms, and a great view from the balcony. You are just steps from the condo to the chairlift. One important note is that the mountain closes everyday from 4:30-6:00 to regroom. If you don't want to spend that time in the lodge then you need to make sure you get to the "Omas Meadow" lift before they close at 4:30!! We brought food so we ate breakfast, lunch and dinner in the condo. Only had to go into the ski lodge to buy lift tickets. DUE TO COVID restrictions (no fault of the condo owner) the mountain was only doing in person lift ticket purchases. You couldn't but multi day or full day (9:00 am-10:00 pm) tickets. that was a little bit of a pain, because I was at the ticket window a of bunch times for two days of skiing. Got in on a Monday evening. Had to ski down to purchase tickets for Monday night, then back down to the window after 8 pm for Tuesday tickets. Back down at 5 pm on Tuesday for evening tickets, back down at 8 pm for Wednesday tickets. Back down at noon on Wednesday for one twilight ticket, and finally one more time on Wednesday at 5 pm for evening tickets. Hopefully that will change for 2021-2022 season. Overall review of this place for us was 5 stars. If you are good with a small cozy place that is super convenient to the slope this is your place. If you are looking for high end luxury then this isn't your place.
