Amazing cabin in the woods
We came for the Land of Oz event. This cabin is super close to the ski resort. The hot tub was in perfect working condition. Kitchen and bathroom was greatly equipped. Loved every minute. Thank you!

cute ski cabin
Pros: This cabin was really close to the ski slopes. The fireplace was great to come back to after a cold day on the mountain. Some of the reviews said the beds were hard, but we thought they were comfortable. We got lucky and had snow one morning, which was beautiful. Would definitely rent this place again. The only issue we had was there was an odd smell for two out of our three days.

Area restaurants are excellent. Home needs more updated lighting inside, but is clean With most anything you need for your stay. Most disappointed with all the extra fees we had to pay including a fee for the hot tub even though we weren't in it during our stay because of daily rainfall

Great weekend getaway
The house was just as described. It was enough room for our family of 5, close enough to everything we wanted to do, & hot tub was great! The only issues, which were not deal breakers & I’d still stay again, were the fact the the loft is super hot for whoever stays up there and the smell of sewage. I assume it is coming from the garage disposal. We bought a candle and some febreeze spray and it was fine. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Value
Clean house with good space for small family. Hot tub, AC, loft “bedroom” and fire pit were bonuses and the surrounding neighborhood was quiet with plenty of space between homes. That said...the property is pretty far out of the way and could haves used some yard-maintenance; the sofas were a bit beat up; the AC was a little confusing to use and wi-fi was simply POOR. But If you keep price in mind, you’ll be very pleased.

Cutest little round house!
Great location, super close to the slopes. The house was so cute and i loved all the windows looking into the forest and the rocks. So pretty. The house had everything we needed. The beds were cozy as well. The hot tin wasn’t as warm as I’d have liked. It was 96 one night and 98 another night. Kind of chilly when it’s 12 degrees outside. Other then that the house was awesome!

Great place but needs improvement.
Loved the location. Great views and close to ski results. Probably too far to Boone. Fireplace doesn’t work and in disrepair. Way to many remote controls for things. Heat in main area very slow to warm. Overall fine but could use some upkeep.

It was ok
Like the location and the inside was clean. Outside needs freshened up and dejunked. Propane tank for fireplace ran out on the first night. Wi-Fi code from vacasa is wrong but there is a little sheet of paper on a table with the correct password and network name. Some of the lights don’t work. Location is nice and quiet. Place has a lot of potential but I will choose a different place next trip.

Worst beds ever
No lights on when we arrived. The steps were completely in the dark the beds were worse than camping cots. The tv had multiple remotes we ended up watching tv in my room on the uncomfortable beds. The Jett’s in the hot tub did not work and my bed had a Hugh blue stain in the middle of the bed cover

Nice House
We were pleased with the house. There are a lot of controls to fans, gas fireplace, and TVs. We could not figure out the gas logs. We were not able to use the outdoor fire pit, because the weather did not cooperate. The hot tub did not work and no one came to address the problem during our stay; however, we only stayed overnight.

5th ANNIVERSARY TRIP
The dome treehouse is so cute! The only thing i would change is to clean up the outside, make the fire pit lights work, and buy new furniture for the living room as both couches are broken. It's been mentioned in multiple reviews and hasnt been addressed. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay, we went to a concert (Amos Lee), and enjoyed our 2 night get away. We would stay again as the things that need updating don't make or break a place, but it would be nice to have some weedeating, trash picked up, and just overall clean up as mentioned above.

Needsajor updates and ACCURATE online pictures
Not at all what we expected based on the pictures online. We drove up to the property and first things we noticed was how I ergrownthe area was especially around the fire pit. We walked along the porch area that desperately needs a cleaning and some repairs to the front door. We opened the door to a very dingy, dim lighted home. There were crumbs on the coffee table, the ceiling fan light didn't work, so we were practically in the dark. The master bedroom mattress needs replacing as it sinks in the middle. The hall shower head had broken pieces and doesn't work. The hot tub cover had not been cleaned. We booked the property for 3 nights and stayed only for one night. We repeatedly asked for a partial refund we opened the lid to a funky smell. they have our money so what do they careell, not inviting at alltub

Adorable (but not well kept) little cabin
The location was in a place called "Village Cluster" which was an apt name, for it was surrounded by other cabins. Obviously, this is a retreat for vacationers only. The cabin was on a very "natural" lot; the grasses were as tall as me, but the moss covered rocks were abundant and absolutely beautiful. We even got to see a doe with her baby fawn. I loved the layout of the cabin and it was more than spacious enough for a family of four or more. Nice floors and a huge table to eat at. But it was not very clean (sun-bleached trash littered around deck) lots of things were broken (WIFI!!! doors, both couches, shower, ice maker, etc...) I will not stay here again, but it was not a totally unpleasant stay. With some effort on the part of the owners and a brand-new cleaning crew, this could be a wonderful place to stay on vacation.

Vacasa failure
Great location, just barely adequate kitchen to cook food. Plan on eating out. The grill was out of propane, the hot tub was cold and the coffee maker’s glass carafe was broken into a dozen pieces. I communicated these issues to Vacasa the day we arrived and three days later , when we left, nothing was fixed. Vacasa was responsive but it was all lip service. They had our money so what do they really care. The only real solution they had was for me to go find a propane tank and submit a receipt for reimbursement. That’s unacceptable considering we drove past the local office to get to our property. The best thing the owners could do is remove this property from Vacasa and manage it themselves.

Awful experience at 135 Village Cluster
The gas logs did not work. The hot tub did not go above 67 degrees. I only rented this cabin for the gas logs and hot tub and neither one worked. I called and they said someone one come fix both problems immediately. No one came. No one called. There was a bug in the bed. Filthy bathrooms. Disgusting

Nice and clean just small things that if fixed would make this a GREAT place.
The 'master bedroom' bed makes noises every time you toss and turn and there is a HUGE dent in the left hand side of the bed that made it very uncomfortable. There are A LOT of remotes but NO INSTRUCTIONS for how they operate and what they operate. The fireplace we could NEVER figure out how to turn on. The outlets did not all work; some did, some did not. The hot tub was lovely, the location is excellent. Some detailed directions to the house would be great especially when arriving in the evening when it is dark. The kitchen is perfect and the appliances are in great shape. Like I said, small things to fix and then it would be 4.5 - 5 stars. Very clean when we arrived.

Meh
pros: Hot tub and location are positives. It was amazing since we got to view deer while in the hot tub. If you watched The Lion King as a child, upstairs brings back memories. I cannot criticize the location because it was so near to the slopes. Even at night, we felt secure. cons: There was dog hair all throughout, so I had to clean up the place before I felt at ease to relax. The shower curtains in the master bedroom had mold, which is disgusting. When we got there, the sofas needed to be replaced since they were broken. There isn't any heat in the bedrooms unless you keep the doors open, although to be honest, we occasionally got warm from the living room's central heating. All in all, I think this place would work for younger groups but not older people.

dissapointed
We were extremely dissapointed with this house. This is our 5th year to Beech....a hot tub is a must after a long day of skiing, it was lukewarm at best, we couldn't even use it. Next, not a single heater except for the one over the door worked :( and our last day was -3 with the windchill. The master bathroom shower is so ridiculously small I could barely turn around in it (I'm 5'2, 105lbs). Finally, the couches are destroyed. The back of one literally falls OFF if you try and recline it and the other one is so destroyed inside its so uncomfortable to sit on.
